I placed an order online and had a huge issue ordering the traditional wings online, it kept saying item unavailable, it took me an hour to place my order, so I placed my other 2 meals online and ordered the other via phone. When I went to the store to pick up my order they refused to give me the sauces I ordered. I was feeding multiple people, I ordered 3 meals and 10 sauces, 3 per person, because we ordered 2 of our meals with no sauce on the chicken. They gave us 4 of the 10 and told us it was against policy to give us anymore. We told them that we were more then happy to pay the $0.60 per side that's listed on the new sauces on the website but they said that wasn't an option and we had to buy full bottles! We don't need full bottles, just small sides! They were also out of the new sauces that we tired to order. They didn't even let us pick what 5 of the 10 sauces they would give us, we had no choice. They gave us 5 ranch, we dont need ranch, we have ranch at home! So we are forced to have our wings dry, that's absolutely ridiculous! On top of that they also forgot our mac and cheese, luckily we realized it before leaving the store. But with eveything going on they forgot both of our sodas and our fries!! We didn't realize until we got home because we were so frustrated about the sauce so we called the store because we live 30 minutes away and can't drive back to get them and they said since it was an online order there's nothing they can do about it. I asked to speak to the Manger because I felt it wasn't right that we paid for items that we didn't receive, I was told that the manger was working in thr kitchen but that the employee would go ask what they could do. The employee got back on the phone and said they would refund the missing items, took my name, phone number, order # and last 4 of my debit card, I still haven't been refunded anything almost a week later! I also ordered my salad with no tomatos and of course there's tomatos as well as a large peiceof plastic! It would be easier to tell you the things right about this order at this point then the things that aren't! This is making us never want to eat here again. It has been the biggest hassle, poor customer service and huge waste of time and money. I posted a smaller review the day of, was told to fill out the online contact form, I did and still haven't heard anything back from anyone.
Straight from the Winco frozen section and put on your plate: the food served to you from Buffalo Wild Wings. The seating area looks like a high school cafeteria. The General Tso’s sauce on the wings was so sticky it congealed. Haven’t been to a BWW in probably 5-7 years, and I hope not to go again for longer than that next time.
Yummy wings with different sauce. You can order a plain one for kids or separate sauces if you don’t like hot ones. During peek hours not a long queue but waiting for food is so long, good to watch sport with friends and family.
Went here a couple of days ago... And was looking forward to it and the new remodel, but It was a disaster. Waiter came by asking what we want to eat even though no menus were provided. Food took 40 plus minutes to get out and was uneatable due to amount of sauce poured on it, waiter had to get a whole new veggie tray due to the vegetables being dowsed in sauce. Both my friend and I ordered 15 boneless wings and most of the wing were a quarter of the size... So we basically each spent 25 dollars that we could have got for ten anywhere else. My friend basically got three different wings with all the sauce poured on all at once. This place really needs to figure out standards... It was way too expensive for the quality and quantity of food
This place never never disappoints.... never gets orders right, takes hours to get the simplest things out. I placed a pickup order on doordash and they claimed they never got the order... waited a whole hour for the front desk guy to finally give in and say they didn't have it. I waited a whole hour. Then they offered me to make my order as if they couldn't do that when they found out they didn't have it. It's a ufc night, no one has time to wait another hour for food that was placed an hour before. Worse place to ever order from.
I want to like this place. However, when you have “lunch specials,” you should expect to have people stopping in on their lunch break. Serving some wings and fries can’t take an hour. Needs to be faster.
I had heard rumors some time ago but thought it was past the point of not having enough wait staff. I was wrong. It took awhile for us to place our order. We could see our food at the kitchen sitting under heaters for at least 10 minutes. The reason we were told was due to a lot of orders. We were given fries for the long wait. That would have been nice if they were hot but they were cold. We had boneless wings and a burger. The burger was the best out of all the food. The wings were just ok!
I would love to come back. I love chicken wings and Buffalo wings is the place to go. I wish the prices were more close to the WING STOP chicken wings. I love the POTATOES WEDGES please try them they are awesome. We ordered four different flavours. The Cajun, Original hot, Garlic and Salt and vinegar. My favourite which I was shocked was salt and vinegar which I would never choose if I had to pick. We also played Trivia which I loved would definitely come back to play Trivia there. Its mostly a sports bar and at 3pm it was really quite. We enjoyed our food there the staff what makes all the difference. The waiter was really friendly and helpful and help us to have a wonderful experience. Thank you
