User Reviews

Never coming here again, the fries were so hard they were literally stuck together. I need a refund asap. No other Buffalo Wild Wings has served me some sh¡t like this…. Super disappointed basically like flushing money down the toilet, you don’t serve a human food like this… the wings are absolutely covered in sauce, literally poison food… to think they literally took these fries, put them in the box and thought it was okay to serve really p¡ssed me tf off. Unless I get refunded this won’t be the last time hearing from me.

Pro-tip: If you wanted to be treated like a human being, don't order using the QR code. On my recent visit to this location, we were taken to our seats by the person at the front, and he encouraged us to order using the QR code pasted on our table. Great! I always found this function to be way more painless than having to wait for a server, and it also takes a bit of work off their busy backs. My party and I began the process of ordering using the code when a server came up to us and asked us if we needed any drinks. We kindly declined and let him know that we were already ordering on the app so he didn't have to worry about us. I don't know if we deeply offended this person by using the app instead, but he then proceeded to treat us like absolute garbage the rest of the night. As I had already eaten, I had just ordered one drink while my friends ordered some food. We had to wait 10+ minutes for the drinks, and they didn't come out until I reminded our server about them. When the drinks came, the server then proceeded to spill my drink on me. No apology. No acknowledgment. I stood up, foolishly assuming that the server would get me some napkins. He did not. I stood their for about 5 minutes like an idiot with soaked pants waiting for those napkins. I could not get the server's attention to ask for napkins. I had to go to the bathroom and clean myself off there. My friends' food also did not come with utensils (one of the items was a cheesecake). When we bothered our server for only the second time that night, he rolled his eyes and wordlessly got us our utensils. I don't know what we did to this server to make him so miserable, or if we were just the unlucky recipients of his pent-up anger after a bad day. Was it because we ordered on the app? Because that's when the piss-poor treatment began. If using the QR code is detrimental to the servers' livelihood, why are we being encouraged to use it? I completely understand the service industry can be garbage to work in, and I do everything in my power to make servers' lives and jobs easier. Needless to say, this was the first time in literal YEARS I did not tip because our server was one of the rudest and worst servers I've ever had. BWW is not known for their great service, but at the very least, every server I've had prior to this one at BWW has been nice and easy to work with. I genuinely feel sorry for whatever existence he has for him to treat random strangers the way he did, and I hope he doesn't take that out on future customers the way he did on us.

For our first time coming here from Canada. Boneless wings weren't great. Bone in is amazing. Waiter told us he was high messed up some of our wings. Forgot my coke till we were ready to go. Drinks were good. Some of the restaurant was dirty with crumbs

This place is good for Tuesdays and Thursday can get nice food and drinks for affordable prices. Excellent service by my man Dominic if you go there ask for this guy and Had a good time with friends.

The fork smelled like eggs. The food was visibly and in taste, not fresh and was clearly reheated. The bun was hard at bottom and when complained they just brought another bun to table and told us to switch it. Usually the order is re done. Carry out order was brought before our ordered dine in items were brought in. No ketchup on table. Chicken tots is a joke. It's all potatoes with not even 2 ounce of shredded chicken on top. Why name it as such. Bathroom had very bad and stale smell. The faucets had mold as in the pics and video. We are never returning here again.

It was kind of a filthy mess. Just felt kind of forgotten. The wings are fine. Sometimes they're great sometimes just ok. The staff seemed less than enthusiastic to be there and no one was very attentive or friendly. It seems like maybe this location is going through some stuff.

Awful experience. The wings were disgusting, and the burger as well. I never leave a review but this place is awful enough to leave one so please don't come. Right after the first bite, my stomach was already hurting. It tastes so bad, you won't believe it until you try it. We saw the reviews but still wanted to give the place a chance but now we regret it so much. On top of it, it's expensive too, we spent $80 on such disgusting food. What a scam!

Really bad French Fries quality as you can see in the picture. The burger was also very very basic and kinda tasteless tbh! The wings were pretty good tho. It's buffalo wild wings after all! The service was a bit slow cause we got our burger first and then it took em a good 5 minutes to bring out the wings. So one of us had her food and theother person was just sitting there! I absolutely hate it when restaurants do that... you gotta bring all the main meals together
