Awesome fries and Nashville Hot Wings

Don't waste your time, this place is understaffed. Walked in with a party of 7 at 9pm during a weeknight. We waited about 10 minutes for a hostess to greet us. He told us one of the servers was leaving and they only have one server. I noticed from afar that one of the waitress tossed her hands up to her side in frustration. I'm not sure if it was because we had a large party or if she couldn't handle the workload. The hostess then took down my info and said we had to wait in our car because he can't have us waiting inside...it just feels like we were in their way and was an inconvenience to them. Screw that, we just got in our car and went to Applebee's a few miles up the road. It's crazy to me that they only have one server from 9pm-12am and I've never been told to go wait in my car for a table.

Okay, I have only been here twice but my review is totally neutral . I got (30) wings with (4) different sauces . The sauces are very, very tasty ! The wings , IMHO, are on the small side and we’ll done, so not very juicy which I prefer ! Some people probably like them smaller and well done ! Overall, a cool place to go and watch a game while eating and drinking . The bartender was very good and pleasant as well ! A little pricey for wings but it is what it is !

I've been a loyal customer since they opened (coming 2 to 3x a month), I have recently came into town with my wife and my brother to do a take out order. QUALITY WAS HORRID. The amount of food you get to what you pay was disgusting and disappointing. My wife got a honey BBQ chicken wrap with NO CHICKEN in it!! Plus the lettuce was waterlogged AND the tomato rotting. I got the sampler (which was usually a thing that my wife and I shared and got extra wings) this time sauces weren't included in the order, It had minimal food in it. The nachos barely had anything on them few motz sticks and handful of soggy onion rings. Take this review with caution coming here. I WONT be coming back here anytime soon. Its a shame that the quality dropped below a fast food joint.

On 7/25 I was in BWW and ordered a beer and some food to go. First off, I sat quite awhile to order my food and I believe a waitress/bartender that wasn’t actually working finally came over and took my order, which I appreciated. I say this because she just seemed to be hanging out and she told the actual bartender that she put my order in for her. Now while I wait I notice halfway through my beer there’s mold floating in it. When my food finally came out I brought it to the bartenders attention and she didn’t charge me for the beer but I was charged for carrots/celery/ranch which is absolutely ridiculous but whatever. Got home and my order was wrong. Mad to say the least. Now last night, 8/2, me and my gf came in. Waited awhile for our waitress, Sharon, to take care of us. We ordered some aps and a couple drinks and decided to play some Keno, $40 worth. We watch our games and KNOW what we won and save the tickets to cash out when we’re done with dinner. In the meantime while we wait and wait for our waitress, another waitress comes over to say hello. An AWESOME waitress named Skye that remembers us from previous visits. She tells Sharon to make sure to take care of us and then and only then are we asked if we’d like another round of drinks. Food was awesome as usual and we go to check out. I take my Keno tickets to the bar and she informs me we only won $10 …..we actually won $25 but I own a bar and understand what happened. The bartender failed to clear the previous paid out winnings on the lotto screen and we got screwed out of $15 because her screen total said $10. So not only did I lose $15 gambling, I lost an additional $15 because of incompetence. And my bill was $89 dollars so naturally I left my bad waitress a $15 tip. Long review short, food is great, tap system needs a serious cleaning, service pretty much sucks except for Skye, and if you play Keno cash your tickets somewhere else.

Terrible!!! Don't waste your time going to the BWW in Fitchburg... A friend and I went there on 4/29 (Satuday) afternoon. First of all you couldn't sit at any of the High top tables, due to not having any waitresses at ALL!! I believe there were probably 4 servers working for the entire time we were there. We ended up sitting at the bar. The service was extremely slow and uncomfortable. We both ordered a burger and fries. The food was cold and the burger was terrible!! I expected this place to be much better, being my first time visiting a BWW. I will never return to another one again. Don't waste your time!!

Unfortunately, they ran out of wings. A monthly visit a group of us make is often hit or miss here - this is not the first time this has happened. Table attention was not always present either, but there seemed to be onlybtwo waitresses working, so that likely had something to do with it as well. New management has just taken over, and we did receive some financial relief on our purchases, which was good, but it was disappointing as an overall experience. Paper towels in the men's room were empty, pointed out by a member of our party remained empty when we left two hours later, which was pointed out to the same person as it was when we arrived. When it was mentioned again, it was brushed off. That being said, we will be back again next month and hopefully some progress towards improvement will be evident. I never write critical comments, but I hope there is some major improvement at this location, I have been going for years and it is really tough to see it in such a state.

We went there at 6pm. There was ONE table of of three people at the restaurant. The women at the desk said there would be a 15min wait, she had to ask her servers (there were two of them) if they were wanted to take customers? After waiting 20 minutes we still hadn’t been seated and the table of three still hadn’t had their orders taken by either of the two waitresses we asked about seating and were still denied. We walked to the restaurant and saw the waitresses watching the game on tv. We left. They were inattentive and literally not serving or sitting the only customers at the restaurant. We will never return.
