Really impressed since I was here 5 years ago. The best bloody mary in town! The Buffalo sauce/ flavor is a little hotter than average Buffalo sauce elsewhere so beware. Service is great and enjoyed their lunch specials.
I just want to start off by saying how amazing Lily was as our waitress. Due to slow service recently I started keeping track of how long or how many times our waiter comes to the table or takes for them to come back and take our order or to even greet us. On the right are the numbers for time. Lily greeted us in less then 2 minutes which was amazing considering we walked out of a restraunt 2 days prior from a 15 minute wait. There are 3 times I didn't laps on here that she came to see how we were doing but she is the most consistent waitress we have had. Every other 6 minutes she was at our table and then every 15 after our food was served. The service was amazing. The food however was more 3 stars but food you can fix and make better. Good customer service deserves 5 stars because there isn't allot of good hard working waitresses out there like Lily any more that actually care to stop by the table more than 2 or 3 times during an hour visit. So ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to Lily thank you again. Also I can't wait to come back and try there new pizza!!! The restaurant was clean, amazing service and the food was DELICIOUS! First time at BWW but we were super impressed! We ordered the queso dip, chicken tenders, potato wedges and buffalo wings and all of it was cooked perfect! Best tenders I’ve ever had! We absolutely loved it and can’t wait to come back!
Picked up some burgers and wings last night from here for dinner. The burgers were rather juicy and the bread had a nice sweetness to it. As for the wings themselves we went with the traditional hot. The flavoring was tasty enough but I do wish they had added abit more of the sauce since by the time we got home, they were kinda dry. Onion rings had a nice crunchy outside and soft inside, as they should. Only complaint would be the frys as they seemed to not be fresh but reheated instead.
The food pretty good, the service really needs help. We had a server walk away from us while we were still talking to her while ordering our food. The music is so loud that we had to yell to talk to each other and the server had to ask 3 times to verify my son's order. When we asked if the music could be turned down some, they flat out refused. The place is supposed to be a sports bar and grill, not a club.
Stopped in for lunch. They had just opened so not busy at all. Took 20 minutes to get drinks. The food was ok, not great. We shared street tacos with fries and dirty dub tots. The tots were topped with bbq brisket. I didn’t care for the cheese sauce on them. The wife liked them, though. The street tacos weren’t too bad but I think they had the same sauce on them. While it wasn’t the best lunch, we did leave full. The service could be better. On a good note, the beer was cold and good!!
Tons of big Tvs. Wings were tasty. I went with Jammin Jalapeño. Can't go wrong with that. Great place to chill and watch the game. Excellent bdubz! Enjoy! 🍗
Sun August 27th, 2023 At or around 1700 I showed up to pick up my order, having already paid and gave a tip because I believed that it would be an all around good experience. I was wrong. First, I walked through the door to 4 employees ignoring me, until the story that was being told was completed. Then, I was greeted coldly, and I told them I had carryout. The male behind the counter pointed and said "Over there" and proceeded to go back to socializing and ignoring the people who provide his paycheck. I had to walk through the doorway, and off to the side where there was a rack with a single bag on it. Having been used to being greeted at the door while ordering carryout from literally any other restaurant, I asked if this was it, and barely received a nod in response. No one checked my order to make sure it was correct, which it wasn't. No one asked if something was missing, which it was. And no one asked if I needed anything, (forks, spoons, seasoning, anything) which I did. No one even took the time to act like they were the FIRST face that customers see when they walk in to your establishment. 1. I would like my tip returned, because it was absolutely not deserved. 2. I would like the rest of my money returned, because several things were forgotten, and there was zero attention to detail or even common sense. 3. To top it off, the food was beyond atrocious. It had the consistency of warm butter and hard Laffy Taffy, all in the SAME piece of food. 4. It was cold, there was no silverware and there was no seasoning. 5. The two SEPARATE flavors were squished together, rendering the meal inedible. The ones that were supposed to be low/mild heat were smeared together with the hot sauce, creating a mixture that wasn't satisfying to a single person consuming the meal. I will be contacting every individual with Seniority until I can speak to someone personally regarding this incident.
