My son brought us out to eat here. We had a wonderful waiter! Very attentive and helpful. Nice atmosphere. And of course great wing!! I also tried some tacos yummm. Make sure to sign up for their app. I used it and got 6free wings for my birthday so it brought our bill down a lot!!!
We just had an exceptional meal at this BWW. I misspoke when I ordered and said I wanted Hot Buffalo, and I received Hot wings. This is a little hotter than I’m used to and I was struggling, and David, the Assistant Manager, popped over to check on me. We discussed the range of flavors and discovered I received different wings from what I intended. Unprompted, he left and came back with an order of Original Buffalo wings “to compare.” In addition, our server Ashley took great care of us throughout our meal, bringing us extra refills, being extra sweet to the kids, and all-around helpful and attentive. I unintentionally challenged myself with extra spicy wings and ended up with a set of my favorites to bring home as well-overall, a really great night!
I honestly had high hopes for this BWW when I found out that they have a separate fryer for gluten free foods so that a Celiac like me could have chicken wings and tater tots. I've never been a fan of BWW before my diagnosis but when we had to come here for my husband's work event, I figured it couldn't be too bad. Unfortunately I ordered the $13.99 gluten free Buffalo Chicken Tots. The tater tots were both cold and incredibly overcooked, as if someone forgot them in the fryer and then forgot them after letting them cool. Had to constantly ask if we needed anything like more silverware, water, ranch, sides of carrots. I think there may only be two waiters in the whole restaurant. I was consistently out of water. The table ordered the $17.79 House Sampler. The tortilla chips were rancid - not just stale, the oils had gone rancid. I could smell it on the chips and other people tried a bite and spit it out. Nobody came to check on us for us to let anyone know. The manager finally came with our entrees and I told her. She said, "you should have told us sooner!" Ummm nobody checked on us for me to tell anyone. She whisked away the plate but didn't come back with a replacement or knock a portion off the bill. Wings were okay. The food just wasn't very good and feels extremely oily so it's a guaranteed stomachache afterwards. Not worth a repeat visit. Visited May 2023
In town visiting Bullhead city after a long day at the river, my family and I placed an order for wings. They were extremely fast and accommodating as we decided to add more to our order while picking up. The restaurant was very clean with good ambiance. Front host/ waitress Sunshine Crystal was super sweet and took very good care of us and our order! Highly recommend stopping by and visiting this location.
The last 3x we've been to this BHC location, their "computer is acting up" so we can't redeem our rewards/offers or points we have saved up on our BWW app... this visit our bill was over $100 and were unable to use our 20% off total bill offer... nice server girl told us there's nothing they can do about it... oh well I guess...
In town for the weekend and stopped in for a takeout order. We were greeted by Chloe, who was amazing! I was on the fence about which sauces, and she recommended 3, which were all spectacular!! We need more Chloe’s in our restaurants!! Best service EVER!
I have never been so satisfied with service. Crystal was amazing. She was polite, helpful and great. I had low expectations until i had the pleasure of being help by Crystal she was able to satisfy my order annd gave me everything i needed. Like napkins ranch etc.
The staff here is AMAZING. I drive 2 hours to experience this. Brandon taking my order was so pleasant and recommended the honey garlic sauce. When I came back with a simple complaint Jules was right there resolving it with a smile on her face! The staff here is INCREDIBLE!!!!! We will forever come back for this type of service. ❤️
