This place just seems to get worse as times goes on. There was a long line, people outside waiting. No one the host stand. Employee walks up doesn't greet anyone gets a group and sits them. The same employee walks up doesn't saying get a the spary bottle and towel. So I asked her how do we get on the wait list so we all know who is next or know when we will get seated. She just stood there. I asked again and still nothing so I asked for a manager. At this point there several parties talking about how long they have been wait and no one has spoken to them. So one manager comes with attitude asking who mad her employee cry and was rude? I said I wasn't rude I simple asked how do we get on the wait list. That manager starts taking names. Here comes other manager comes out start to sit people and ask one party she sat who made her employee cry. Than she comes to.sit my group, I said I appreciate you coming out to sit and get things moving. She said well I would rather help then lose an employee. I get places are short staff but this has been a joke since before covid. I wish they never stopped showing the ufc fights at the one on HWY 7. The only pleasant thing about the evening was the young man to served us. Food was as nasty as the managers
First I love BW3. But this one has broken my trust with the entire brand. After 4 visits I have not had an adequate experience. The food is ok but the management is clearly lacking. Most of the workers are young and walking around aimlessly without guidance. It took us over an hour just to get our drinks and another hour to get our food. This wasn't just our table. Multiple other parties look frustrated and even two walked out sitting next to us.
Great servers here! Personable and knowledgeable. 😍 Food came so fast! Hot and fresh! Great flavors, as usual for BWW. And they have Truly on tap! We did the 10 boneless for 10 boneless! Great deal. My only complaint is there not being sweet tea. 😬 Every place we've been from KY to CO to WY and back has had it. Ijs... Lol
Chicken is chewy and disgusting. There’s a hair in my ranch dressing and fries are super soggy. Dissatisfied for this franchise. Ordered again today…months later…asked for extra wet and can easily see dry spots. You have 1 job, put some chicken in a bowl and toss it so it’s covered..pathetic Ordered again months later…04/22/2023 and they gave me 8 wings instead of the 10 I purchased. Place is a joke. Do not go here
We had no problem with the service, our server was great! But our food was horrible! This was my first time at this location and by far not the best food. I ordered a Chopped Cobb Salad and who would think that would be horrible. The bacon was not crispy or even warm. No boiled eggs like the description on the menu, small portion. The kids food was good. Husband got wings and they're o.k, but didn't come with carrots/celery on the side. I will not be returning, I was very disappointed.
Our waitress was great always checking and making sure we were good. The wait time was outrageous waited around 45 minutes for the food. The manager came by and told us that we couldn’t have a high chair at the end our our table for safety reasons. Basically don’t bring young kids here because the can’t sit at the booth with you. Not coming back to this location.
Food quality was poor. We were sat as soon as we walked in the door. Service came and took our order. We never seen her again until time to pay our bill. Someone from the kitchen severed our food. Waited 45 mins for a sandwich and 2 orders of naked chicken. All cold. And I mean cold. This place was not busy only 10 tables of people. 4 servers on the floor, so not short staffed.
I ordered 40 piece combo online. On the receipt it says bone in mild, boneless hot. I got my boneless with no sauce…If I wanted no sauce I would have got chicken nuggets from Macdonald’s. I love Buffalo Wild Wings but this time they let me down
