Good food , nice place. Priced good. Coffee good.

The Broadway Diner has been one of my favorites places to eat breakfast and my family and I enjoyed going there. I WILL NEVER go back there again. I went to have breakfast with my child who is only 2 years old. As any child he is very playful and likes to move a lot, my child had a moment where he yelled for about 3 seconds and I told him not to yelled. One of the employees yelled at him and told him to stop screaming, at first I thought she was playing around until I saw her face and gave us attitude. I didn’t say anything to her cause I was just trying to be polite. She then went ahead and talked to other costumers about my son and how “bad he was behaving”. That was extremely rude and unprofessional of her part. I am extremely upset and feel so disrespected. As management and worker you should never talk about a Costumer to another costumer. Her behavior was disgusting. That place was my mothers in law favorite place to have breakfast, she passed away two months ago, it was the last place we had breakfast together and we haven’t been there since then until today, and it was a very emotional time for us and your employee ruined that for me. The diner is not Family FRIENDLY. If you have children I recommend you refrain from going there.

Small local place with some counter seating and booths. Set back from the street and a bit hidden when traveling north. Not fancy but clean. Waffles were good . Spinach salad was great with lots of strawberries. Waitress was quick and friendly.

Best breakfast diner in Rhode Island! Best home fries and the eggs are so tasty. Food is on point and service is second to none.

Delicious homemade corned beef hash, thick, crispy, soft french toast is fantastic. Wait staff is friendly and personable. I’ve visited Providence several times and can’t recommend any other diner as highly as this one.

My husband and I dine here at least once a week on Saturdays. We came this week on a Sunday. While we were waiting our turn to be seated my husband headed to the mens room when the manager barked at him to wait until she at least could clear the table. He promptly replied he was heading to the mens room. No apology, poor customer service. When he asked to speak to her and she came over. He said he thought it wasn't appropriate how she barked at him. Her response was "Well I didn't know, thank you for bringing this to my attention" which we thought was not a proper answer. She missed the point. We are the customer!!! An apology like, oh I'm sorry I made an error would have worked! Does it cost too much time to be sensitive and kind. Is this what we should expect? For me, I think not!!!!.

Open for breakfast and lunch, closes at 2. Sometimes a wait for seating, but fast service and kitchen turn around. Excellent food.

Good food and service. And the coffee was actually good!! Definitely try, you'll like it
