HIGHLY Disappointing …. As a food critic, normally I am a little more lenient far as local bar spots go…But THIS wasn’t pleased at all . The nachos Were very tough and stuck together as a whole, which led me to believe Maybe it was a new employee?? majority of the cheese was layered UNDER the chips instead of the opposite , which created this list, one with all affect with the nachos. Being so, the flavor profile this is consistent. so the nachos was very dry and unpleasant. It was no love shared with the fish and chips as you can see in the photo I truly felt robbed with that one for sure Philly steak eggrolls wasn’t too bad but the aftertaste screams “change the cooking oil “ And the presentation, for this wasn’t great at all.. I had a mini salad that wasn’t that bad so I felt it was fair to at least give it 2 stars.. But for 60 bucks…. Dinner was very disappointing
This place is the best kept secret in the west end. Everyone from the management and especially the great wait staff. Was EXCEPTIONAL!!! The food is exactly what I needed after a hard day at work and Kimbo was the perfect waitress. I highly recommend sitting in her section. I was never without food or drink and she kept my whole table smiling. If you’re a fan of the best kept secrets, this is the spot to be.
Have been here several times now and every single time I've had the pleasure of being served at the bar by Genna! She's always amazing, always fast, always friendly, and makes a great drink!! Can't recommend her enough if you have the chance to go.
It is a dive bar it has good nights and bad nights. Nonetheless, I see all of these people crying about it having a smoking section. I do not smoke, but I certainly am not going to go to a bar(especially a dive bar) and cry about it.
Great burger. Kitchen nope till 11:30. Amaz9ng bartenders and service staff Kimbo is a professional, prompt and efficient waitress/bartender that helps everyone in the building have an excellent experience!
Been coming here for over 6 years now. This is my go to bar for watching the games. They got cheap drinks and amazing food. Always made fresh. If you stop in here try the pork rinds and/or cheeseburger. You will not be disappointed. They also have a non smoking side now if your one of those people. Love this bar.
Literally a small bar, pool table, and gaming machines. Bathroom was super clean at least.
My first visit on a Friday night & it was great. I didn't arrive until around midnight. Sat at the bar, not overly crowded. I didn't wait long for my drink then went outside to hang out. Made some new friends, and by 1:45 am I was headed home. Props to the waitress with green hair, she was handling the crowd on her own very well and she had been working for 13 hrs., I heard her tell someone else.
