My experience at Boudin was amazing and I would say it is a place that any tourist needs to visit when looking for new gastronomic experiences. I tried the traditional sourdough bread with soup and I must say it was one of the most delicious meals I have ever had. The flavor is unique and definitely worth trying. Additionally, the atmosphere is very pleasant and the service is excellent, which made my experience even more enjoyable.
We ordered soup on July 30 at 16:46. Waited 50 minutes for him. Bad service. As a result, they simply forgot about our order. I do not recommend visiting!
They certainly made a good effort but the food wasn't quite up to par. The southwest veggie burrito was ok and was tiny! I've had better frozen pizza as well compared to theirs. Turkey sandwich was average but the chowder is always consistently good. Service was excellent and friendly. I like the self service fountain drinks which had a good variety. Place was crowded but the tables were cleaned promptly. Nice outdoor covered patio with heaters
The young man who took my order didn’t listen when I placed my order. I ask him if he needed my phone number for my rewards points. He said “sorry I already finished your order”. So didn’t get my point oh and my monthly bread was full price. So zero rewards on a $65.00 order. Did he off to correct it. Nope! Not nice
Good service but low quality and cleanliness! I have been here a few times now and every time I go it always feels like it gets a little more less clean. Every table we saw had atleast some crumbs or dried food and it was clear that they hadn’t been cleaned even though it was the start of prime dinner time. The bread on the sandwiches was so chewy it was hard to even bite and we didn’t finish them. The salad was covered in dressing so much so it made the lettuce even more wilted (even though there were already a few brown pieces). Also as for general food handling and professionalism i was disappointed to see a worker packaging cookies and also containers of cheese right on the front counter where people walk by and can see or could easily spread germs. Overall was disappointed with this trip and not sure I would like to come back again even though I usually love them as a more healthier option.
Worst Boudin location. Unfriendly staff and second (now third) consecutive trip where the leave out ingredients or get things wrong. I tried coming here again thinking things might have improved. After an extremely long wait despite almost no customers in the restaurant, sandwich came with a hair very clearly on it. When it came a second time it was so burnt I couldn’t eat it. The cheese was way over cooked and bread was disgusting. Quality is the worst it can be every time!! WORST LOCATION EVER!!!!
I got a breakfast burrito, potato wedges, and a fountain drink. The burrito came with a spicy chipotle sauce that was really tasty, I asked for extra to use for my potatoes too! The ability to order my food on a screen instead of waiting in line was nice, and everything was delicious. A pleasant environment as will, I really enjoyed my meal here.
I ordered the grilled cheese burger and payed extra for avocado. Also, I ordered potato wedges and salt/ vinegar chips. I got it Togo because I was driving to a service call. I ate the chips first, then the potato wedges and finally got to the burger. By the time I noticed no avocado it was too late to turn back. I was really looking forward to the avocado. It was a waste of time calling because you never get anywhere!
