If I could, I would have given 1/2 star. The most ridiculously run business promoting Thanksgiving dinners. Waited well over 1 1/2 hours for a family Turkey dinner and still in line! I understand interruptions in the supply chain, but this is ridiculous. The manager should be retrained to do proper inventory control and personnel efficiency management. Never again Boston Market!
I ordered 2 plates for 1 for a Christmas dinner with my mom. I was due to pick my order up at 1230pm. I saw they only had 2 people back there doing the best they could considering the circumstances. I saw their stress. I felt for them. I got my food it smells awesome. Just a reminder be kind to food service workers and retail workers. They get it from all ends day in day out. They work harder than ever especially during the holiday season. They remained calm as could be. Keep up the good work
I ordered a chicken club sandwich. The briche bun was stale and hard on one end. They don't have ketchup. Nice polite counterperson, but it looks like they don't do alot of lunch service. Too bad. I once loved this place.
You this Boston market must be under new management or different approach by headquarters. I have been a customer in the Pleasant Hill CA restaurant for several years. I order in and out. I have ordered the roasted turkey breasts with creamed spinach and sweet potatoes. It has always been good , but tonight’s deleted order was spectacular. The turkey in beautiful slices with a little gravy on each slice. The gravy used by to be rather flavorless but this gravy was delicious and to my surprise there was a decent sized container on the side. The spinach and yams were the usual excellent. It is not often I write such a glowing review but something in this location serves 5 stars. I would like this review to go to the restaurant and to Management. Bill W
This location needs improvement. This is my second visit with discrepancy. This visit I again ordered curbside pick up and nobody EVER came to bring me my order. Then when I walk in its only 2 staff members I can visibly see. The lady who I witnessed taking other orders to the curb was standing behind the counter surprised as if she didn't see the only curbside order sitting on the counter. They have a time thats it states its going to be ready and to call when outside. The phone literally just rings and when I inquired the lady said they are having phone problems. I asked so does it actually ring and she stated NO. So how do you have a contact less system set up for curbside and have advertisement that you do curbside when they don't have a working phone yet directing customers to contact a number that doesn't work in order to have someone bring order. On top of that I ordered a 3 piece chicken meal and was given only 2 pieces. The lady tried justifying it needed to be cut to make it 3 pieces but at that point if you gave it to me in 2 pieces its clearly 2 pieces not 3. I definitely will not be coming to this location at all. Poor customer service, false advertisement, and ripped me off for a piece of chicken. The piece she claims needed to be cut is part of the second piece so I in fact was only given a 2 piece when I purchased a 3 piece.
1/4 Star ⭐️ Ordered 3 piece chicken meal, and waited for 20 min. I understand that the staff is short staffed and most likely stressful for the workers. Lady behind the counter was disorganized, didn’t know about the online order, place internally was not clean, two people working seem overwhelmed and short staffed. Waited another 40 min and finally food was ready!! Also the food served looked cold and looked as if it’s been sitting for a day or so. Disappointed.
Used to really enjoy this place. We don't understand how a restaurant that is having hard times thinks that making your food worse is going to help. Chicken was overcooked and dry. Sides tasted awful. Sorry but we're not going back.
Unfortunately I craved it so much that when I finally had some food from here, it was ok. Nothing like years before and the Coke machine didn't work well and tasted like soda water and the Sprite didn't taste right.
