I have visited this Boston Market location on multiple occasions, and unfortunately, my experiences have been far from satisfactory. The order buffet was consistently half empty, leaving very limited choices for customers. To add to the frustration, the beverage fountain has been out of order during my last three visits, which is quite disappointing for a restaurant of this caliber. Moreover, I noticed a significant decline in the quality of the food. The chicken, which used to be a highlight of their menu, has been consistently dry and lacked the tenderness I had come to expect. The lack of variety was also concerning, as only chicken and meatloaf were available, with no pot pies, which were a favorite of mine. The only thing left that's good about the store is that the staff keeps a smile on their faces, even though you can sense that this place is going downhill. Their positive attitude is commendable amidst the apparent challenges faced by the establishment. I truly hope the management takes note of these issues and takes necessary steps to improve the overall experience at this location. As a longtime customer, it pains me to see this once great restaurant on what appears to be its last leg. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt, but my recent experiences have been quite disheartening. While I'm optimistic about potential improvements, based on my recent encounters, I cannot wholeheartedly recommend this Boston Market location.
I make better loaf for my dog. The meat looks like spam were the heck is the green pepper and tomatoes WOW!!!! THE END ...NEVER AGAIN I GO THERE
Have not been there in a long time and won’t be back it was not good at all waste of 16.00. And that was over priced for 1 meal. Chicken was ok and sides were terrible not edible at all
Supervisor Tolan is AMAZING! Please visit this location to be service by him. Ordered food on Boston Markets Website for the Homewood location. MNL got to the location to pick up only to see a sign on door saying sorry we're closed! Called five locations before someone picked up. Low and behold it was Tolan's location. He took his time to understand my issue while running a evening rush. His manager Melissa just so happened showed up while I was on hold. He explained the situation, she got on the phone and apologized. Said how this matter would be corrected. I am truly appreciative of both you guy's help! This is what good customer service means.

I love going here it 20 min from home but so worth it . today I got a family meal for 50% off so have dinner for two days 😁.The people are always nice and Polite and the food is amazing always hot and ready.
Horrible place. Service was the worst service I’ve had in a restaurant. In the middle of making my plate they left to take care of another customer. They told me rice would be done in 5 minutes come back and say 20 minutes. And food looked old and nun satisfying. DO NOT RECOMMEND
