User Reviews

Friendly staff and the food was delivered and prepared after order. I was impressed how quickly the staff worked to ensure I had my food. The floors, counters and tables were all clean. The restaurant is not over crowded with tables and this location has the option of a drive-thru. Overall, I would easily return. If you are looking for a quick meal that is take-out but a step above some of the other fast food places, I recommend this Boston Market.

I was very disappointed in Boston Market. Let’s start with the food temperature. At best all the food was Luke warm. The chicken breast was the smallest i ever seen. Not a good value for the money paid. The taste was sort of bland.

Place has changed over the years and not for the better. Not very friendly and they are cheapskates. I got my meal and they removed like 2 slithers of turkey because I guess it was too much to give me for my insanely high priced $20 meal. Didn't get my cornbread either and felt like I did something wrong when I asked for it later. Also the place is freezing.

You walk into a restaurant, nobody's there. The doors are open standing near for 20 minutes. Yelling? Hello, hello, and then you get this free coming out of the walking? Look like she Looked Stone. And it's just weird it was like being in the twilight zone

I stood there to decided to help me out. I had the corn it wasn't cooked right I threw it out. The chicken was okay. Mashed potatoes was also good. Was disappointed about the smell inside the place. Me that's reason why it was so dead in the place.

Used to love this loc.,has been steadily going downhill! While I know Boston has raised prices and is giving smaller portions , tonight's half chicken looks like it was from a cornish hen..Tiny! It also had NO flavor unlike how it always had been flavorful, AND it was rubbery! The staff is friendly but the service is very slow..and NOT worth the wait. This was not the only time it hasnt been good, but This is my last visit due to the ongoing decrease in quality. Sorry to see that it has gotten so bad!

Had surgery today wanted soup. Husband got food said place is beyond outdated. Food as others have stated recently some not available no cornbread no crackers and ordered 2 large soup. I ate a bit of soap and hope I don't get sick as some have experienced recent. Spent over $40 and just threw all of it out. I hope corporate will step in, this us unacceptable and people getting sick is awful

The service was average, it was fine for us when we visited but the people behind us had to wait for the gentleman to come from the back to help them and the front was unattended. The food was fine though, fresh with no complaints. The facility is spacious and was clean until you go to the bathrooms..... disgusting and out of order in both gender areas as my daughter told me that it was equally as gross when she tried to use it. It clearly wasn't cleaned in quite some time in both the floors and toilets. This place is clearly understaffed and it's usually empty when we go. I would wager they get most of their business via drive thru.
