Listen 3yrs ago I wrote a review due to the food and my experience here was always very good, but I had to write this today April 4th 2023 because I went to the very same Boston Market as always because it's so close to home this time I have to say disgusting you guys talk about your spicy chicken nuggets can we jus say cold 🥶 and Hard the corn bread was like a brick over cooked and the candy yams what the hell, I'm ashamed and you guys should be as well, that in a black neighborhood you can sell stuff like this, maybe it's a new owner that took over I don't know but get it together, my son and I had to dump this food and eat somewhere else.
Ordered thru DoorDash and what a disappointment. This place used to be so good. Ordered 2 3 piece dark with 2 sides. No Cornbread which usually comes with the meal. Was wrapped in aluminum foil. The chicken was so dry and chewy. I'm not sure who they have working there or who management is but this place has gone down tremendously!!! Go to a different neighborhood where they care about the quality of there food. I wouldn't support this one. It's not the same anymore.
Not like it used to be. Less food to choose from. Food not cooked well. Some food tasted like a mixture of leftovers and bew food. Overall I only enjoyed the rotisserie chicken. Purchased my meal on 5/23/2023. Was totally disappointed because I expected the same quality of food that I got in the past from Boston Market.
This location is terrible. It looks like they are going out of business. I got corn and rice last week and alllll tasted raw and undercooked. The chicken tasted bad like they left it out and cooked r even though it probably smelled bad. The drive through is closed. There are no menus to chose what u want or chose something different. They haven't been working for over a month. They don't have juices, the fountain soda taste like water. Some higher ups need to come check this location cause for whatever reason the food quality has declined to a negative zero.
Deserves absolutely zero stars. The best part was my Uber driver making light of the situation. The unprofessionalism is astounding. I don’t expect much, considering that fast food workers are underpaid but Jesus. How do you have a restaurant and no food?? Make it make sense.
The only thing that was decent was the chicken. The delivery driver was very nice. The mac and cheese was terrible. The mashed potatoes were spoiled and the corn was water logged. $56.00 down the drain. I guess I'll be sticking with Rt22
Never put your trust in them for Thanksgiving, you'll be heavily disappointed 😞 10/13/2022 They're still slow as Hell, they have slow people working the back who can barely walk around 😒. They gave the wrong order, but realized it as I stayed there looking at them. The take one order at a time, and one customer at a time. They work on one order at a time ⏲️ UGH !!!! All of the voices in my head were screaming simultaneously. 😱 I figured I tried to give them another chance, And again they prove to have the most unappetizing food presentation I've seen. I literally paid $12 for this Which is supposed to consist of a 12 piece will tissue nugget with a side of masturbators and gravy with a Coke. This was the meal.
This actually deserves 0 stars. I placed my order June 28, 2023, and the food was actually completely disgusting and caused me to have food poisoning. This store needs to be shut down honestly. I will never eat here again and suggest no one else does either.
