Overall a pleasant experience, service was a bit slow despite there not being many tables but the food was tasty and a good portion. The atmosphere was very pleasant, the restaurant was very clean and aesthetically pleasing.

First time at Bonefish Grill was a beautiful experience the food was so good and our server was so professional and nice. I would vist again and recommend others to come there as well.

Karina the server is by far one of the best. She was very friendly. I’m asking for her every time I return. Bang bang shrimp Corn chowder & lump crab Crushed pineapple martini Service was great! Food came out hot and delicious.

Great food! Nice staff as we celebrated my husband's birthday. Fresh and hot.

I started with the lump crab soup it was very good then I had the parmesan crusted trout it was awesome, my wife had the chicken and shrimp and said it was very good, daughter had a crab cake dinner and said she enjoyed it very much, the staff is very friendly and efficient. I think Chef Ramsey said it best, keep your menu small and make everything perfect.

Wonderful experience. Our waitress Katrina was awesome. Loved the pace of dinner. The pineapple glazed shrimp were amazing minus the macadamia nuts 😩. The manager came to check in on plus and even cleared our table. Best location I've been to yet.

I knew we would get a horrific meal and awful service when we walked in @ 730pm and it was vacant of customers. We were seated in a booth and i ruined a 250$ shoes because of all the food on the floor under our booth. Very dirty place. My service was horrible and the food was horrendous. My date wouldn’t eat her food it was so gross. She also would not allow me to send it back for her. Before we left and I paid my bill plus 25 percent tip($175.00) my girl was in the bathroom so confronted manager. I told him his food ruined my night and there was no way he could make it right to me but if he insisted he could make it right with my date who was at the time using their dirty bathrooms. He gave he a good card for 25$. Which was nice, but her meal alone cost 75$ before tip. I should have complained about the poor service too. Our waitress never asked it everything was good or did we need anything the entire meal. I should’ve tipped her 25 percent but that’s just how I move. Thanks again bone fish for ruining my date night. I work in restaurants for a living repairing their refrigeration and HVA/C

I don’t even know where to begin. From the minute we walked in to the minute we left the only thing good about this place was the people we were with. So… Let me start from the beginning. We had a reservation and when we walked in the hostess Said she didn’t have any tables in the dining room. Would a booth be OK ? I said sure. Next thing I know, they are seating us in the bar area.!? Who wants to sit in the bar if you are having a nice dinner? OK… We sit down and it feels like a meat locker in the restaurant. Even though I had a jacket on, we were all freezing. So let’s move on to the food. We order the calamari and the bang bang shrimp. Both were horrible! The calamari had so much breading on it, and it was over fried. You couldn’t even taste the calamari. The bang bang shrimp was coated in so much sauce, again, you couldn’t even taste the shrimp. Next, we got our salads. They were the most unflavorful and watery salads. , Not just the Caesar salad, but the regular house salad. My ramekin with my dressing was filled half way and of course our server was nowhere to be found to Ask her for more. Once we get the main course, my son ordered the snow crab legs, which was the special of the day. As a food enthusiast myself, I know a bit about food. The snow crabs came, and they were completely dried out! Not just that, but they were not high-quality. They were small, broken, but the fact that they were dried out was very disappointing. Me, My husband and my daughter all ordered the Parmesan encrusted trout. The mashed potatoes were not only cold on the plate, they tasted and looked like hungry jack. I remember those from the 1970s, When my mom bought those one time as an experiment. The trout had a skin on the bottom of it, but not just that it was cold. I have to tell you, this was a terrible dining experience! I wouldn’t recommend this to anybody. I know I shouldn’t expect much from a chain restaurant, but I have been pleasantly surprised before from a few chain restaurants that have knocked my socks off. This was a terrible disappointment.
