Everytime I come to Georgia to visit my daughter and her family we ALWAYS make a stop for Bojangles!!! The breakfast is so delicious and I HAVE TO HAVE the Bo-Berry Busquit!! 😋 We defiantly don't have a place like this in Arizona and sure could use some of this southern food there in the desert!!

These ladies gave us the best service. Thank you for the recommendation on the Carolina sauce. It’s awesome when people live their job and want to help people.

Horrible old dried out chicken. I ordered two 8 piece chicken and biscuit online and it was all wrong. It was old, dry and they gave me all breast and thighs with one wing which is not what I ordered. I spoke with the manager and she was very sweet and understanding and gave me a refund. She was great but I would NOT recommend the food even if you are starving!!!

Bojangles has always had good chicken, Red chili beans & their dirty rice. The only thing was when I got home & checked out my to go food. I wasn't too happy, because I was supposed to get 2 thighs & what I got was a leg & thigh. So I called Bojangles & let them know what I got & Jimmy the night manager was very kind & he said that all I needed to do was come back with my receipt & they would give me a free 2 piece meal & too me that's what a great fast food restaurant should do if they make a mistake on you're order. So therefore, I will be going there this evening to get my free meal. So I am happy & I will continue to go to Bojangles for my chicken. I hope that you all find my info on Bojangles to be good & that you all will go there yourselfs.

Purchased a Cajun chicken sandwich and the chicken was so overcooked that I couldn't eat it. Returned and the girl at the counter was not very cordial all she could say was everybody makes mistakes. She could have said, I am sorry, please let me get you another one. She did replace but the man making up the biscuits had to look through the cooked chicken to find one that was not overcooked. I love Popeyes but poor service in that morning.

I went this morning, and ordered two chicken biscuits. Well for one, the attitudes are horrible. You shouldn’t be in customer service if you don’t know how to talk to people. I got home and the chicken was hard and tasted so old , I just threw it away! If I didn’t have to get to work, I would have made them give my money back! This place doesn’t deserve a penny! Not even one star!

I've had several problems with this location and decided to call it quits. I received an email from Bojangles for a free Bo-Berry biscuit. They would not honor it. The employee said they were not "participating." You don't seem able to use the app at this location although they have signs up promoting it. They also sometimes are completely out of items. "Sorry we have no sides today. We haven't gotten our truck."

Today 4/30/2023 the food is so bad. Last time I was here October 2022 it was the same bad food but thought it was an off day. I do not recommend eating here. The chicken was dry, the fries were old and tough, and the dirty rice looked like mashed potatoes. Who ever is in charge of this restaurant should be fired.
