We hadn't been to this location for several years. It's set up differently than most Bob Evans restaurants we have seen, but we thought it was cozy and welcoming. Food was delicious; the service at the table was excellent. The time it took to be seated and also to be checked out was long...we surmised that like many other businesses, they are short-staffed. However, when someone finally came to set us and check us out, these associates were cuatomer-service oriented and efficient.

I took my visiting children, and grandchildren here for lunch. Bob's has been a family favorite for generations. This one is in a nice location, and I have been here many times. My initial impression with this particular Bob's is that it needs a good freshening up. It's not dirty by any means, but it needs a refresh. That being said we, party of 7, had a delightful waitress! The food arrived quickly and was delicious. We had mostly breakfast meals, but one had the turkey dinner which rivals homemade ,in my humble opinion. I did notice the portion of hash browns had shrunk.....a sign of the times most likely. All in all, it was a lovely lunch and i was more than happy to pay the $97. dollar bill with a generous trip for an outstanding young lady server. Definitely recommend.

Clean, food fantastic especially the banana bread, chicken fried steak. The white gravy is amazing. Service was the best!

Stopped in for breakfast. No wait and staff was great. Dede waited on our table and did a wonderful job, she was really nice. Food was good came out quick and hit the spot.

The waitress has more responsibility. A job that once took 2 people to do has been condensed to the Waitress. No more Bus Boys. The waitress is now responsible for taking orders, going around refilling coffee, and Busing the Tables. To much work for 1 person to provide quality customer service. Bob Evan's need to rethink this.

Great service. We had an 11 top roll in unannounced and the waitress was amazing. All the food came out right and fresh. Never had a bad experience at this location!

The food both times I ate was served cold and the service varied greatly between visits. I would still give 3 stars as despite being cold, the prices were reasonable and it did taste fresh rather than frozen.

Astounding level of professionalism from the manager. A member of our party had a personal issue with their meal and when brought to the restaurant’s attention, the manager rectified the situation with the utmost respect and courtesy.
