Ordered through doordash... sadly the wildfire chicken salad and cranberry pecan salad came with no chicken or extras that were ordered. Called Bob's to request the rest of the order. Had to drive to get it and this is what they sent.....the chicken could fit in the butter cup. And a half eaten piece of bread. Do better Bob Evans... definitely not worth 15 bucks a salad
Went here for dinner tonight, ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with lettuce, onion, no tomato. It comes with bacon. I got a sandwich with tomato, NO bacon & salad mix as lettuce. Waitress said they were out of lettuce, she should have told me so, because if I’d wanted a salad I would have ordered one & of course it had tomato, good thing I’m not allergic to them. When I told the waitress they forgot the bacon, she said “ would you like them to make you some”& even tho I was almost done with my sandwich( because our waitress never came back to ask how our meal was OR if we needed refills on our drinks)I said yes because , who doesn’t like bacon. I received 1 slice of bacon, VERY undercooked, while my granddaughter got 3 slices on her cheeseburger. We ate breakfast here a couple weeks ago & it was excellent. We will NEVER eat dinner here again. Bob Evans, DO BETTER, Please.
We went for breakfast and Katie was our waitress. She was so kind and patient with us and she answered all of our questions. I asked about the new Southwest Avocado Omelette they have and she highly recommended it. I was not disappointed!! It was AMAZING!! ❤️ We will definitely be visiting again! 😊
We waited over 30 minutes for someone to take our orders! Even though there was a waiter that went by us 4 times and ignored us. Hash browns were raw, bacon was lying in a puddle of grease!! Sausage was cooked one one side, eggs were not done! The only thing that was good was the coffee!
Ordered pickup and food was inedible. Orange juice tasted like water, sausage looked and tasted like hockey pucks, scrambled eggs were colder than room temperature?! Called manager, they took my info and never called me back.
My food was okay but there were no chives or bacon for our potato soup and everyone knows that's what makes it good. Service not great but I've had much worse tho
My hashbrowns tasted like chemicals and the eggs were somehow burnt. Got the blueberry and banana pancakes with no bananas. My boyfriend got the chocolate chip pancakes that were supposed to have whipped cream and chocolate syrup and they couldn’t do that right either. One of the blueberry pancakes was severely undercooked as well. I don’t know how hard it is to make simple pancakes but these people must be absolutely stupid
Great service, great food..... Timely brought to the table! I would recommend this place for breakfast, lunch, dinner or just coffee with dessert😁
