Anthony was great, could tell he was a bit flustered, he was somewhat busy all at once as we watched the "manager" and another girl just stand at the counter and not help him, then ask him why are are you so behind and STILL do nothing to help then go to another table and talk down about his employee, that is a HORRIBLE manager, you don't talk down your employees to customers YOU HELP THEM! There is more but you get the picture. Rick, the management position is not for you and you should move on. The food was amazing, the Service was great now that I understand the circumstances! Probably will not be back to that location.

We have been coming to this location for years and the service has been declining rapidly over time. Even when the restaurant is not busy the service has gone downhill. This last visit our server forgot several items and I had to get up to get my own water. It’s unfortunate since the food is consistently good and we really enjoy the atmosphere.

They weren’t busy but the eggs were not cooked to order. The hash browns were raw…even after sent back, came back raw. Bacon was good. Service was good. They need a better cook.

We entered into a mostly empty restaurant. The hostess was checking other diners out so, she was too busy to seat us. We waited 30 minutes to be seated. The food itself is good and freshly made, with a very varied menu.

What happened to the delicious biscuits and gravy???? The color was so off! My coffee creamer was served to us in plastic condiment cups. Not the great Bob Evans breakfast we are used to!

It took the general manager 10 minutes or longer to find out a lady fell. She was too busy at expo line After waiting 20 minutes for a table she told me she was busy with a person who fell. The GM spent a total of 3 minutes with that person . Heard her comment she was not going to fill out an incident report. Really???? 4 peoplw came to say wow look atthe line no one is bussing tables or seating people.I have worked in corporate restaurant world for 20 year. The GM is awful the only one I see running around is the asst GM. The hostess is standing around picking her nose. I just saw the GM wipe 3 tables down with the same rag no bucket of cleaner. The bucket is.hid underneath the the work station. Our waitress Angela was good, no complaints with her.

This facility is clearly lacking staff. Seemed very disorganized. Were asked to wait and essentially forgotten despite traffic being fairly light. Once seated I noticed tables were yet to be cleared. Floors had debris all over. Shame because decor is nice. All these can easily be resolved but Management and Staff need to care about the Customer experience. Food was ok but by that the Customer experience had already been set. Just trying to help. Server was very nice and did a nice job.

We sat at the counter and talked the kitchen staff. They served up hot, fresh breakfast items and I left stuffed. Great double blueberry pancakes.
