Only three other couples were in the restaurant upon arrival, more came after we sat down just before a dinner rush. So few cars in the lot we thought the biz had been closed at first. Appeared to be short staffed upon entering. That said, did not wait to get seated or served. The food was usual Bob Evan's quality and taste. Saw two separate tables complain about the food. The manager took something off their bills. We couldn't find anything wrong with the service or the food (darn the bad luck, eh?). I had the honey chicken breasts, mashed and green beans, my wife had a salad with chicken (don't remember the name). The food was tasty, filling and not too expensive. The one server had all the tables though the hostess seemed to help out some. We tipped more than usual because even though she was busy we did not have to wait for anything. The parking lot and restaurant was clean. My wife said the restroom could use attention. Other than that we had a very positive experience.

I traveled all the way from Oregon! I came to see my family & they suggested this place after we left the airport and it was so adorable! Everyone was so kind! I wish I could remember our waitresses name, she was an older woman who was just as sweet as pie

Normally, no matter the time or location I get breakfast. This time my husband and I both had an early lunch, fried breast with two sides and biscuits. Everything was delicious. I loved Denise almost instantly! She's a treasure.

As usual, always excellent exceptional service and food and clean inside and outside. Professional and friendly service. Biscuits and gravy plus scrambled eggs and bacon, cooked to perfection and very delicious. Yummy. The banana bread is so yummy and perfect.

Wait staff was friendly, service was quick, food was hot. Unfortunately the staff does not understand no aprons in the bathroom. I saw a cook go in the bathroom with their apron on and to me that is a big no no. The bathrooms as usual need to be maintained better. That is my biggest pet peeve with the majority of places.

Sorry for this review ,because I know every business is short of staff. But the food was un- appealing and cool. My western Omelet tasted overcooked and rubbery, it included hard to chew overcooked bacon bits. The southern style biscuits were cold, dry , hard and taste as if they were a day old. In spite of all of the above issues, my granddaughter enjoyed her banana Pancake meal. The wait staff was awesome. The Dinning areas were clean and well maintained. Great location. We will give this Bob Evans another try.

I was Completely Appalled at the Lack of Customer Service I received o today while on Lunch break. I was taken to my Table, Waited for 15 minutes before being Acknowledged, Waitress came had a TERRIBLE attitude like she did not want to Serve me. To make things worse No Apology for the Wait, then she brought my Pepsi over and put to opposite side as if I was with a Guest. Food took another 20 minutes to get to table and then 10 Minutes to get bill and checkout. I understand Staffing can be a Challenge but Customer Service was the Absolute worse! I will Never patronize this establishment and the Manager acted as if he did not care at all regarding my Complaint!. I wanted to Hold a Staff Meeting there but I will take my Business elsewhere. I also will be contacting The Corporate office as well.

Not a bad experience. I ordered their new southwest avacado omelet. It was pretty good quality, but it didnt have a lot of flavor. It wasn't that hot either. And it wasn't served with as many potatoes as I thought there would be. The biscuits and gravy I ordered were as good as they could get though. The gravy was thick, rich and flavorful just as this place has always been known for Our waitress was pretty good too. She was prompt and friendly. Like most chain restaurants, this Bob Evans wasn't good enough to get a 5 star review. But overall, I was pretty impressed after a few letdowns the past few times I ate in here. I will return again.
