Went to Bob Evans for dinner on 7/13/2023. They sat us with some delay despite I was the first in line to be seated. The employees behind the counter were looking to me and some additional clients and ignored us completely. They did not acknowledge me or the other clients. Eventually an employee came from the bathroom area and she acknowledged and seated us. They sat us quickly afterwards. The table assigned was sticky - poorly cleaned. The waitress came immediately and took our order. She was polite and serviceable. The food, although good, was thrown on the plate. An over easy egg was fully cooked….the French Toasts on Brioche were probably one of the best I have eaten. Bob Evans areas of opportunities are hosting area table hygiene and the appearance of the dishes they serve.

It's a rare time for me and my wife to eat out at Bob Evans, so we decided to change it up. We were overly impressed by the cleanliness, the service, the atmosphere, and the food were all great at a really really reasonable price. Brook was our waitress and she was phenomenal. One of the best waitstaff I have ever had the pleasure encounter. The medium-cooked sirloin steak was so nice and juicy I couldn't add anything on it to mess up the great taste. The cod and salads were really good. The prices were really good. Bob Evans was a pleasurable change with a great down-home feel. The bread and butter was a really fresh and tasty experience. I recommend! They also have a military discount.

As always great food and awesome service. Our family always love to come here as it is my mom and dad’s favorite restaurant. The complimentary breads are awesome and our family do enjoy their complimentary banana bread the best. However, we noticed lately, they’re not serving that as a complimentary. Sad. Almost everyone has tried and loved their honey butter chicken breasts, while the kids their little piggy hotcakes. I recently tried the new Dang Hot Chicken and it was pretty good.

Southwestern Sausage Omlet 😋 but I substituted sausage for onion/green peppers. DELISH! Grits were smooth not dry 🙌 Biscuits with butter/honey were nice dessert (included in meal)

Years ago I frequented the Bob Evans in Brandon This Bob Evans is the same albeit a bit smaller. Food was standard breakfast fare, though above par.

Ordered through Google-took a manager to find the order. Food was absolute garbage. Everything was cold (despite them making it “right then”). Pancakes were hard and cold to touch. Entire meal was waste of money. This was the $14 meal.

Took my two grandkids and a friend to dinner on Saturday, waited over an hour and still did not have our food. They gave my grand daughter her French toast with no syrup (waitress never even asked) she never got her eggs or bacon. My friend got her food and it was ice cold. I ordered fried chicken with fries, they tried to give me two burnt looking pieces of chicken. At this point I canceled my order and spoke with manager, who never apologized for anything. It was the Worst service I have ever received and will Never return there! They definitely need knew management there!

The home fries tasted like they were cooked more than once. The oil they used tasted bad, perhaps they reheated more than once. Toast was cold and not fresh. I understand they have a Sunday rush, but fresh to order food makes the biggest difference especially when we're already waiting 30 minutes for a table.
