I ordered the big breakfast which was not very big of a meal as they say. I ordered hash brown potatoes and they seemed very greesy and not much of a portion to eat. It was about $12 total but for Bob Evans I would think they would feed me. Look at the photo does it look like a big breakfast to you?
My country biscuit breakfast , when it came out there was literally ten pieces of sausage in the gravy, when I asked where my crumbled sausage was she said I can get you some more, I said no it should came out right to begin with. Gravy is salty, and my biscuit was super hard on the edges. Even after I complained the manager who I watched eat his lunch couldn't bother to come over and even see what was wrong with my food. Not to mention never had a moments peace with the people who talked non stop at the table behind us . Loud . .
It's such a great atmosphere when u walk in they greet you with a smile and a how are you.doing today!! Which is a big improvement from past years. I think it's a wonderful place to get great food and service.. with a 😃 😊 😀 .smile. ty for being so great 10 out of ten stars
I honestly don't know why we keep ordering from here, everytime we have something delivered, it is cold and shouldn't be as it is here within 30 mins of placing order! AND they give barley anything, pic is a $4 side of hashbrowns 🤣 8/31/23 Update- Went inside and sat down this morning instead. Food was still mediocre but the server was top notch! She was excellent 👏
I usually like this Bob Evans for breakfast anytime. Today I was disappointed and I don't expect gourmet food. Walked up and there was a full smelly garbage can right next to the door. Host was polite and bright spot of visit. Waitress was as efficient as she could be with her tables. I waited 15 mon after finished for check. Manager was talking with people at another table. They need to tell the cook that "hiding" burnt pancakes and bacon under others doesn't hide the burnt taste. Hopefully they were having an off day.
Ordered take out Rancher BBQ dinner for 2. Cost over $50 and got a mess. There was only one potato in the bowl that consisted of some beef thrown on top with 2 onion rings on top. The meal was cold, the rolls were stale and we showed up early to pick it up. The meal didn’t come close to looking like anything offered on the menu. Will definitely not be wasting my money eating here again, such a disappointment.
Ordered their rancher bbq beef dinner. It was 20$, not a big portion, didn’t look like the pic. The food was cold to the point that it had congealed grease on the bottom of the meat. The 1or2 potatoes that was in the meal were burnt, the rolls I ordered were hard as a rock. The onion rings on top were cold and rubbery. The potato soup was just cheese sauce with potatoes mixed in. Ended up throwing it away. Could even eat it. So in short, my wife and I had the same meal, spent 52.00 $ on our dinner,not wort it. Will never go there again.
Service is excellent. They try to make your eating experience today a happy one.
