Dropped by for lunch. Our food took some time, but it was hot and tasty. Our waitress was overworked, but she remained pleasant and attentive.

Good atmosphere and service. Was a bit disappointed the Wildfire chicken salad doesn't come with the BBQ chicken anymore.

I use to go here years ago had a bad time, decided its been a few years and even had worse experience, the only upside was the waitress was nice even tho she seemed overwhelmed all because the others didn't want to take tables so i made sure to leave a tip. My order was fine to start but my steak was way over cooked, asked for medium and receive a burnt over cooked well done, with out any tone or attitude I simply stated this, all I got was well we don't want to give out any thing raw.. no replacement or even discounted.. not even a sorry.. I was almost hesitant to pay but I know that would only make things worse, I will NOT be returning to this or any Bob Evans again and I recommend any other place even the mcdonalds across the street, I don't understand how people could give this place the 4 star rating that it has, I would of at least give it a 2 or 3 but seeing how people had a flawless time and my last two experiences have been awful I don't think I'll move it up from a 1

I ordered dinner from here and we got there early to pick it up. The chicken was really salty and so hard my son had to take off the outside to eat it. The mashed potatoes were burnt. The Mac and cheese was freezing cold. On top of that they hid rock hard burn rolls under the soft ones. Was not happy. I get if they are busy but there was no one there and 4 people standing around. Apparently to busy talking to make the food right.

Had the worst food experience I've ever had at Bob Evans. Soup was so thick I could spackle a house with it. Sweet tea wasn't sweet, my daughters mashed potatoes were so thick and starchy. Never going back here again.

Was out driving around when I felt hungry, and stopped at Bob Evans in Massillon. I wanted something light, cause I've been nauseous from dialysis. I figured, let's get some chicken salad and fruit. Let me tell you, this was the chicken salad I grew up on! I was so happy! Got grapes, strawberries, and cantaloupe with my salad. Pecans topped the chicken salad, and I also hot 2 very hot out of the oven biscuits. I will definitely go vsck for this again soon!

Dine-in is serviceable, nothing outstanding. Plenty of places to get the same kind of thing. I have to stop doing delivery, though. If the driver handed me the bag upside-down, I could hold them responsible for the mess the food in each container looks like. But no, the food looks as though it was tossed like an underhand slow pitch into the take out bag while the cook was still standing next to the grill. Sloppy, sloppy, sloppy. And do we really live in a world where you have to specifically state you want syrup for your pancakes? Twice now with delivery, no syrup! Plenty of strange things in this world, but I've never heard of anyone loving to chow down on dry pancakes.

They were not busy but service was very slow. Food was fine, nothing special. The service was unnecessarily slow, managers sitting a a table chatting behind us with no intention on checking in on us or our wait.
