The food during this visit was good. The wait staff was outstanding, and very enjoyable! There was no wait to get in and we were served promptly. My only comment is that the entrance to the restaurant needs to be power washed and cleaned. I don’t like the feeling that I am entering a greasy spoon in a restaurant with a well-known name like Bob Evans.
Every single time, I have ordered carry out from this location, something is missing from the order. I am a pretty forgiving person but every single time it’s not right. Missing breakfast meat, not cooked to order eggs, missed pancakes/French toast. So my advice, don’t leave the parking lot without looking at your food.
I don't know why this particular location cannot seem to get my to go order right - EVER....I order the same thing every time, which doesn't mean anything in terms of them knowing, hey, It's me, you know who this is and what I order, but it's not complicated, to say the least. they charge me for a double country fried steak practically every time, and I caught it with the price after the first time, so I am aware of it ever since. They can't get the gravy correct, and even though I ask for the gravy ON THE SIDE, it never fails, it's the WRONG style of gravy and IT'S NOT ON THE SIDE. one time, they forgot the mashed potatoes all together, and I got two sides of the wrong gravy. GEESH!
Delicious food, and a wide selection. I love how you're able to build your own breakfast meal, and the cost is still very reasonable. Waitresses are kind, professional, and serve you with a smile. Definitely one of my favorite restaurants for breakfast.
Server was was very pleasant and helpful. While the salad had many issues, mainly old/wilted lettuce and the entire core of the head of lettuce, after picking through and removing the offending pieces of lettuce the rest was very good. Server was very quick and eager to make it right. I also ordered the cinnamon bites. One was overcooked on the outside and had raw dough in the center. They also appeared to be cooked in oil that was not the right temperature causing the bites to retain quite a bit of oil. I must add that, minus the undercooked bite, my friend made short work of them. The entree was an extremely large piece of battered Alaskan Cod, buttered broccoli and loaded hash browns. The hash browns were missing the sour cream and green onion. The broccoli had no butter. Again, the server was quick to fix the problems. After everything was taken care of I truly enjoyed the rather generous portion of Cod as well as the rest of my meal that also included a slice of cherry pie. The plate of lettuce pictured below is what I removed from my salad.
Slow service and they weren't even busy. Cold hash browns ,omelet had minimum ingredients. Staff should concentrate on the job and not socialize so much ,waste of money, coffee sucks too
The Potato Cheese Soup is the bomb. So so delicious! I recommend it to everyone to try. Their whole menu is delicious and I’d eat everything on it!
Food was horrible! Everything was overcooked and my sausage gravy was dark brown and tasted like beef stew. Never coming back to this location.
