User Reviews

The hostess seemed bothered that we were there - the waitress was decent but not very attentive - the wait for our food was extremely long. There are several dirty tables that have remained unclean for the entirety of our visit. The morning service is usually much better, though.

I have visited many Bob Evans locations throughout the country and I have to say, this was definitely in the top 5 of all of their restaurant's. Service was fantastic and friendly. The meals were delicious, with generous portions. I thought the restaurant felt too crowded though, because of the design and layout. Not so much because they were too busy. Other than that, a very enjoyable and satisfying meal for all of us.

Omelets was mediocre at best. The size of a 3 egg Omelets was smaller than expected. I ordered the hash browns and upgraded to fully loaded and they came with a sprinkle of cheese and a tsp of sourcream On the high side the bacon was delicious

The food was great, hot and delicious. They were short on help and really had to hustle. It was difficult for the employees to keep up. I had to wait about 10 minutes to check out. No cashiers were available. The restaurant was cold, and the ceiling fans were cranking pretty well. I left happy and full. I can recommend.

Terrible experience. First I didn’t get what I had ordered and our French toast was still wet with egg and hardly anything more than raw egg bread. The hash browns were greasy and soggy with tiny portions. The French toast was flipped over on the good side like they didn’t think we would notice. I realize that prices are going up but at least make sure the food is decent quality to make up for it, it’s the least you can do. Probably will be our last time dining at bob evans. We got nothing more than a simple “sorry”, no deduction from the bill or anything.

The wait was around an hour, with a handful of people. Our waiter seemed to be on something. For having g to wait so long you think the food would be hot and fresh, not the case at all. My burger was over done and not hot, my fries were not fresh. My husband was disgusted by his food, didn't even eat it. I don't know if the gal was in charge or not, no Bob Evans clothing, short shorts and a regular t-shirt. We will not be going back there. If I could give a lower rating I would.

This restaurant shouldnt even be called a restaurant. All the food was freezing cold. They said they were gonna remake our food but 20 mins goes by and still nothing was bought to us. So eventually we just said we ain't paying for it since it was inedible. The server was garbage. She didn't re fill our drinks or even try to make it right with our food. And every single person there hid in the kitchen the whole time because they don't know how a restaurant should run. Will never go back tho this joke of a place. And. If I was you I wouldn't waste your time going here either.

Waitress needs to work on giving eye contact and same service to each table, not just to 1 or 2 of the younger groups. Food was subpar for Bob Evans. Mgr lady(with tattoos) was excellent
