I had a great dinning there, food was amazing, service was exceptional, overall everything was pretty fine, definitely will come back
Ordered a carry-out. Should have but did not check the bag before I left. Got home and found that the bread was as hard as a brick, the sides I ordered were not in the bag, and the fish tasted like reheated leftovers. I called the restaurant, spoke to the manager, who apologized and promised a gift card to make up for the inconvenience. Never received the gift card. Will never visit that Bob Evans.
Waitress was nice but had to waitress the whole place by herself why the manger was busy outside smoking and on her cell phone half the time. Manger never brought us ketchup like she said she would and didn't know if I was supposed to get bread with my meal. After asking the manager once for the bread and the waitress twice we just gave up. Waitress never did come ask if we needed anything until our food was gone and drinks were empty. Horrible service.
It's 9am and bathrooms are nasty. No way they were cleaned this morning. Come on BE you're better than that! Staff was great and apologized when told. Management issue
Typical Bob Evans food and friendly staff. Our food took a while for a table of 4 and the staff was very apologetic. I enjoyed the multiple warm ups on my coffee. Overall the dining experience was pleasant!
Food was good in taste and quantity, but the service was awful, the waitress forgot to bring my bread 5 times!!! Until I went to the kitchen and ask her last time. Terrible!!! Normally, even though the service is not too good, I leave good tips but this time I had enough..
Had breakfast wasn't busy, but it seemed to take a bit for the food to arrive. Portions were smaller than most sit-down dine in restaurants of this size. Overall, clean,friendly atmosphere
The food was just ok. The chicken was overcooked, the breading on the fish was too thick and was not good. The restaurant was clean and the employees were polite though. Prices are good.
