We waited to order our food and to be served because there is one cook and one waitress and no dishwasher. But the wait was worth it. Very good meals. Also, it was nice to eat in peace; we could actually hear the music playing softly in the background. Our waitress, Mariah, is an angel.

I would highly recommend Bob Evans restaurant! Our waitress was super sweet and it kind of had a store/diner vibe. We ordered the honey butter chicken… oh my freaking God it was so delicious. I also ended up scoring a T-shirt, they had a sale going on for $5! It was right through the parking lot at our hotel and was super convenient and turned out to be delicious as well.

Tried to eat here yesterday (Saturday morning). Table for 2. After an hour wait, I asked the waitress about our food. At this point she explained they were down to 2 cooks and there was still a table ahead of us that needed their food. I listened to the 2 cooks laughing and having a great time in the kitchen while plenty of us were waiting. It just made the situation more irritating. We asked for a slice of pie since we were rather hungry at this point. The table that was there before us and still waiting on their food decided to leave at the same time we did. It was that bad. The waitress took off my coffee but decided to charge for the pie. It should’ve been free but whatever. Then she comes back to get our ticket stating the manager wants to charge us for the coffee too. What?! I get he was losing money because of people leaving. But if anything, he guaranteed I was going to write this review and find somewhere else to eat this morning. Telling us up front so we could’ve decided if we wanted to wait instead of wasting our time like that would’ve been much appreciated.

This restaurant is either severely understaffed or the slowest restaurant in America. We waited about 15 minutes to be seated while the phone rang off the hook, because the hostess was packing take out orders. There were very few occupied tables on the side we were seated and the only thing we could smell was the horrible smell of the filthy carpet. We got our drinks within 10 minutes then never saw our waitress again until close to 30 minutes later when I went to find out how much longer our food would be. At that point I did see quite a bit of food in the window but none of it was ours, which the waitress confirmed. So we left. At the very least they should have communicated to us that they are understaffed and the wait would be long. Then we could have decided if we wanted to wait. There's no excuse for the disgusting smell coming from the carpet.

Not the Bob Evans of my childhood, stopped in for a quick breakfast at 12;30, sat for over 20 mins without anyone coming over even for drinks. Made our order 10 minutes later got our coffee, never checked on until what I assumed was the manager bringing our food. Had to ask for a refill. Was not that busy saw numerous servers behind the counter talking and on phones. Food was mediocre and service was very slow and inattentive. Disappointed.

Place smelled like pee. Tables were sticky. Food was horrible. I'd give zero stars if there was rhe option to do so. Management needs to get on the ball or they might as well close for good.

Got seated and waited in quickly. Server was excellent and kept my pop refilled with no delays. Had breakfast and the pancakes are delicious and very filling. All other food came as ordered.

Arrived on a Sunday morning, was told the wait was 25 minutes and after 45 minutes we left because we were concerned our food would take even longer to come out if we did get seated. Need better staffing, parking lot was half filled so can only imagine if it was busy.
