User Reviews

I had the small portion of ham steak, mashed potatoes, and green beans and everything was delicious. My husband had a burger and onion rings and was pleased with his meal also.

They must have been severely understaffed. Our wait, once we got to our table had to be close to 45 minutes to an hour. Service was ok but they had forgotten to bring the bread/rolls before the meal as they do. We had to ask for it halfway through if not close to the end of our meal. My 93yo father, who normally loves Bob Evans, was so very disappointed. The elderly really do look forward to this kind of meal with friends and is a highlight for them. He was very sad 😔

Very slow service yes they had plenty of employees STANDING around, took about 10 mins just to come see us and get us our drinks than another 10-15 min to take our order Took forever to get our food and than my chicken honey dinner was way over cooked and looked like the oil hasn’t been changed in quit some time We really use to love coming here but the last few times have been extremely horrible service all the way around , and a lot of dirty tables while everyone stands around and talks I wish they could get some management that cared and get this place back to what it use to be like Good home cooking meals

We were seated quickly The staff that attended to us was very cordial and polite. The only problem I saw was that it took quite a long time to get our meals served to us. I've noticed this the last couple times that I've eaten there. The food is good You just need to have time to wait on getting it.

I'm not one to exaggerate but this meal was nearly inedible. Ordered three dinners online for pickup, arrived 5 minutes before it was to be ready, and was presented with a sealed bag. Drove 5 minutes to home to find it was all cold. I ordered a chicken sandwich and fries, and the tiny serving of fries was cold. The filling of the sandwich was all over the place off the bun and stuck to the fries, and the chicken was nearly inedible: cold, overcooked and so dry and hard I actually struggled to bite through it, no exaggeration. My guests' meals were similarly cold and indifferent, but they were too kind to complain.

This is a nice restaurant. Our waitress was so sweet, helpful and attentive. We really love Bob Evans and our meals were delicious. My only real complaint would be the excessive new country music that was playing throughout our visit. I understand the whole farm and down home cookin' thing, but even old classic country would be much more tolerable. Something like the music from the movie 'Oh Brother, Where Art Thou?' would actually be great. That's probably what the real Bob Evans himself listened to anyway. So yeah, change the music, and you got a good thing going on.

Usually love the food this time however the food just didn't taste good to us. It was just off somehow. Our entire party felt the same way. Portion size was scarce.

Just spent 31 bucks on Bob Evans here in Bellefontaine. The Home Fries were burned, the bacon under cooked and the Banana Bread was put in the package upside down. I had to throw out the home fries and cook the bacon some more before feeding it to my very hungry toddler. I don't understand what makes them think that they cam charge the prices they do and serve food like they do. This is my 3rd time ordering from there and they failed once again to meet basic expectations of food that I DONT have to fix. They never give refunds to me...so why bother calling them. Best thing about was the DoorDash driver. He deserves a medal for being kind enough to deliver that trash that i will never order again. #neveragain #bobevans
