They are normally a very well run and great food restaurant. I've had one occasion that things weren't. The hostess took care of that. Expect a busy but pleasant atmosphere!

Nice quiet place to enjoy a meal. Breakfast is the way to go if you're wondering what to eat here.

After our most recent visit I fear for the future of this restaurant. I'd hate to see Bay City lose another good place to eat. Service was horrible. When we entered we asked the hostess if kids eat free on Tuesdays. Nobody in the restaurant seemed to know. I mentioned it was stated online. Once seated the waitress took our drink order , wrote it down didn't say a word and walked away. Everyone received the wrong drinks. She then took our order. While waiting for our food we over heard several staff members complaining about the schedule and having to be there. We heard them making fun of a customer after they left. One staff member even running up to the window as they all giggled about her. Crumbs and filth built up on the windowsill. Once food arrived several items were missing. We finished our meals with empty drinks unsure why because we were the only customers there. We continued to listen to staff members complaining about being at work and other staff members. As a working parent it was hard to justify spending money to take my family out and this being our experience. I've never had such a poor experience at any restaurant.I was shell shocked as things just continued to get worse. I now understand why the restaurant was empty if this is a " typical" experience you get here . Do better! Being here made my family super uncomfortable and felt like a complete waste of hard earned money.

Food was mostly good, except the potatoes were overcooked a bit. French toast was phenomenal. It's better than I have had in quite a while.

Horrible! Waiter tried giving me someone else's dinner like I didn't know what I ordered. Dropped drinks off never checked on us. Someone else brought our food. When I said I was supposed to have a tossed salad she said well I can go get one. No never mind now I have my food. She was rude and said "well we only have 1 wait staff". Didn't bring rolls out with our food and everything wasn't even warm. Then gave me the bill with the salad still on it. Once I got the right bill went to pay. Told the Manger what happened he really didn't seem to care said well I can take care of your dinner. No I told him I will pay for my food you need more staff with better training. One thing if they we slow and accurate and tried they didn't even try. I will never go to Bay city Bob Evans again that has happened twice now there's no third chance.

Always consistant. Good food and service. Only thing I hate at Bob's are the damn glasses they make u drink out of!! I HATE MASON JARS!!!

Chain that sells meats and a decent breakfast. Somewhat commercial food and service lacks when they are busy.

They left stuff out of our Easter dinner for 8. 2 sides of green beens, and one container of ha . Weren’t very apologetic since we had to drive all the way back across town. After driving 2 hours from Detroit to visit family here. Nothing was seasoned like yuck. I could have went to Walmart, and got the items for half of the cost of this and prepared it better. There wasn’t even any glaze for the hams. How to improvise. All im saying is for the price NOT worth it I’ll go the extra mile next time.
