This is our favorite restaurant to frequent. We love getting breakfast at anytime of the day! We usually have the same waitress, and she is fabulous!

I just went there, and I never had felt discrimination that bad. The food took more than 1 hour, some plates missed so many ingredients, compared with the picture and the one I ate before in a different location. They never bring us the forks 🍴. I have to get up and go to the front to ask for. My husband started eating with his hands. 👋😠.They brought my son and my nice food like 10 minutes apart from us.

We really enjoyed ourselves dining at Bob Evans the food was brought to are table in a timely manner and are server was very nice and got all food right even though I am gluten free I haven't been to Bob Evans since I was a teen and let just say I am in my fifties I had the build your own omelet and shredded hash browns and a side of mashed potato minus the gravy and my husband had the country-fried steak & farm fresh eggs and he had the holy cow chocolate cake we will be going to your establishment again. I believe our servers name was Jen and the young lady that checked us out name was Nakira

I guess they only had one server and one chef on staff but we waited for well over an hour before getting our food. All the food came out at different times too and without all the ingredients on my pancakes 😔 Can't completely fault the restaurant for being a little busy on a Saturday night but the staffing problems really hurt all the guests.

I find the food close to home made when I'm traveling. Service is excellent, friendly, and timely- both dine in and take out.

Placed a takeout order for 5 pm pickup. Arrived at 4:50 and they couldn’t find my order. Told me to leave and come back in 20 min. Went back and they told me it had been sitting on shelf all that time. It was cold, soggy, and inedible. I will never go to this Bob Evans again. They should have cooked me a new meal.

Awesome food great service. Edit** Since the time, I've gone back two times and the food was ok. The service was horrible. Would not go to this location, for a long time *Went back, with a Friend. It was much better. The food was never bad, some were better than others. The service wasn't the always the issue!! They seemed to fix this!!
