We were greeted very warmly by the hostess, Beatriz. When we sat down, German took excellent care of us. He’s very pleasant and just so customer focused! We love that and it made us feel so good. The food was amazing! Excellent omelet, cappuccino and chocolate muffin!! Beatriz also came by occasionally to check on us. Thanks so much German for a great breakfast and unsurpassed customer service! You rock!!
Stopped in for dinner on a Friday night. We are staying at the Intercontinental and didn’t want to drive out anywhere. We got dressed and headed downstairs. No line or wait. We opted for the Miami Spice menu. Everything was delicious and we were so stuffed. We will recommend to others and return back again.
Buffet is a bit pricy but all the food was very good and you can eat a LOT. German and the staff were very friendly and hard working- very attentive. Loved that the buffet had some healthy options like green juice and oatmeal. Will definitely be back!
The restaurant is well equipped with an elegant ambience. The breakfast is fully stocked and consistently good quality. Boston was an attentive and kind server. Definitely a 5 star experience!

All the hotel staff are very nice and helpful, we were on a family holiday and would like to mention the breakfast and service, which was exceptional. Especially men who speak French.
Bostone and German were amazing. They kept up with our drinks and made sure that our entire group was being catered too. This is our second time here and we absolutely love the food and the service. The hostess was amazing as well, food amazing.
As the airline crew, One of the Best hotel. And breakfast is american usual, but some latin food is in the open kitchen. Most of all, staffs are wonderful. Especially, Mr. Bostone.. Thx you for your smile and kindness. See you soon.
