I truly enjoy Blake's a lotaburger. They have good hamburgers, french fries, and just a good hot fresh taste for New Mexico. Quicker than the local restaurants and lots of made to order options. I will definitely plan to eat back here again the next time we come through the New Mexican areas. I want to try their chicken tenders and I would also like to try their onion rings. Great venue great food. Stop in if you can.
Seems it’s their bad day. I ordered on their app and they don’t have unsweetened iced tea and a chocolate shake. I asked for refund for the shake and since I ordered through their app, they can’t refund. So ended up I accepted a cup for Pepsi. I am hoping for a better management to have better stock or employees.
Cashier made the place look bad, and truly didn’t seem like she cared about the customers. Moved like a sloth on purpose. Asked her to refill the syrup for the soda machine and she ignored me. Someone else asked the same thing and she simply said they ran out. Seems like she didn’t want to refill the syrup. The food was great. Customer service was not.
Great Burgers made fresh right in front of you. The experience was fantastic. Friendly, Courteous service. Wish we had one in Corpus Christi
The burgers are great but good luck getting your food since they never seem to be open. I will stop by here at lunch time and they are closed. Guess I will stick with the taco trucks because at least they are open at lunch time.
Pretty frustrated. I heard how good this place is so while we were in town we decided to try it. I stood at the counter by the register to order for almost 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging I was there so I left. Poor service.
DELICIOUS!!! I have been coming to this Lotaburger for years and the last couple of visits had not been up to the standard I had gotten used to. The burgers were a little smaller and not as tasty. Today I gave it one last shot and I am glad that I did. The burgers were large and juice with the perfect amount of green chili that hit the spot. Great job guys keep it up.
Good burger. I got the New Mexican style. Patties were over cooked, kinda crispy and dry. The chiles on it were yummy, I bet with a more attentive cook the burger would have been much better. Seasoned fries were good. It could use a makeover and a manager over the age of 20 running the place. Doesn’t compare to Whataburger.
