How could you go wrong ordering a Blake's burger with green chile's.. if you have never tried one you are missing out on a fantastic spicy tasting hamburger. Pair it with some fries and shake or coke. Nothing better. I from AZ and if I don't stop bye I missed an opportunity for a great burger.
This location is convenient, it was clean and quiet. Customer service was very nice, I enjoyed my interaction with the team, they are always busy and professional. The food is good, we had 2 orders of the Lotaburger combo, one with fries the other with onion rings.
I had ordered a few breakfast burritos at this location. Only one of them had chile in it. Made the drive back to have it remade. The employee taking the orders was very rude. The burrito that it was replaces with, was cold and the cheese was not melted. I dont know how it was an inconvenience to her when I had to make 2 trips here. Will not be returning for breakfast👎🏼👎🏼.
Haven't eaten breakfast burritos in a while because the once undercooked the egg. Went to the one on 2nd (Gallup, NM) and the classic #3 with beans was great 👍 nice young man was working and wasn't busy easy to get in and out.
Tbh, this rating is in response to the fact that I could get a free shake, but also after living in NM for two years, Blake's Lotaburger has become my preferred regional fast food joint. Raven took my order on the day I posted this, and I was like "right on free shake", but I also quite like the chorizo breakfast burrito. Cheers!
I try to stop by this location on the way back home to Zuni. Usually pretty good but sometimes the wait is long, but IMO thats not the employee's fault, a lot of people just choose to come to this location, and it is small, it was built way back in the 70s probably. its not designed for lots of customers.
I had my lotaburger New Mexico style, I don't know what hatch is but it was spicy! Not burn the top of my head off spicy but spicy enough that it took me a while to finish my burger.
Food is quality lotaburger status. Service & Atmosphere is what you expect from Gallup and rated such.
