Food and service were great but the second a family walked in with their dog (not on a leash) they let it run wild all over the restaurant. They sat on their butts and yelled at the dog from their table while it ran around, jumped on tables and barked at passing cars. Nobody did anything about it so we picked up our food and went home to eat. The fact that none of the employees seemed to mind makes me think that these buffoons are likely regulars and so is the dog. It was only a matter of time until he lifted his leg to whiz on something. The second these morons stepped in it was chaos.

This location used to be great! Staff was always friendly and food was amazing!! Went there tonight and the young lady was rude, unprofessional and the food was 1 out of 10! Won’t be going to this location any longer with some unprofessional terrible work ethic the staff this location has here. Will be going to the Los Lunas or Albuquerque locations for now. The staff there are professional and know how to make Blake’s food like it was meant to taste. Wish I could give 0 stars for how horrible the experience I had. These young people’s work ethic is embarrassing.

There are only a few places where I like to get my # 5 Meat (bacon) and Bean Burrito w/chopped green Chile. If I know/see a Blake's Lotaburger ranked 4.0 or better out of 5 stars, they must be doing something better. Enjoyed the food item mentioned in the above paragraph. I show up here at this location once on a while.

This was our 1st time here and it was so horrible we will not be coming back. The service was bad and they do not know how to make items on the menu. Nothing on this chicken sandwich was specified only wanted a regular chicken sandwich on the "gourmet" bun. More like a regular bun cut in half???? and this is what we got. We let them know and they did not care!!!

We ordered 2 itsa burgers and neither one had onion on it. When we let them know they just laughed. Boyfriend told them it was the 1st time there and will be the laste due to the mess up. They just laughed some more. Nothing but young kids working. Just Bad adittuits there. Won't go back......

Stopped at Belen location on our way out of town. Ordered a number 3 smothered Christmas with seasoned fries. The food was great. I'll order there whenever I can. 😀 When we came back we got four lota burger combos quick face and delicious. 😁 I hope that location never gets converted to the new store front like the Los Lunas location as they have no concept of time or of producing quality food like the Belen location does.

I took a group of middle schoolers for shakes and fries. A yearly event. This year the staff at Lotta was outstanding. They handled a large order and made it personal for my students. Our order was almost ready when we arrived! The manager had names of the students on bags, ready to go. My students were allowed to order on their own choices after receiving shakes and fries. The Lotta Burger staff accommodated my kids, me, and their normal business. We received outstanding and personal service. The food is above average at least. Thank you Belen Lota Burger…
