I recently had my rehearsal dinner at Bistro Provence and could not have picked a more perfect place. The price per head was more than reasonable, the staff were professional and friendly, and the food was INCREDIBLE!! I had several family and friends tell me that the lemon sole was one of the best fishes they had ever eaten. I have personally been to this "hidden gem" multiple times and I can say the duck and fillet and just about everything else is top notch. I recommend, without hesitation, Provence Bistro to anyone looking for a memorable meal at an affordible price. PS...Claudine is the manager there and is fantastic. Thank you and your team for making my rehearsel dinner so enjoyable.
I had never ordered snapper before, but was encouraged by my charming waitress to try it. It was out of this world delicious and the roast potatoes, to die for! Loved the dessert too, parfait. The owner hostess Claudine saw to our every need, great atmosphere and just a super dining experience! Don't miss it!
Bistro Provence is a delightful and consistently good provincial French Restaurant. Being provincial means that food is more homey, perhaps from a particular part of the country. The Chef and his wife have a very good idea of the American palette and the never fail to satisfy. They are warm, pleasant and extremely generous. The have an excellent business here in Boca Raton .
