Bistro Ole is consistantly great food. Been going there since it opened. Other restaurants should take notice how you are greated each and every time by Rico who checks that you are enjoying your meal and makes you laugh as well. You leave feeling you had a great dinner and feeling appreciated as a patron. There are so many restaurants out there, this one stands out.
another jersey shore restaurant that has declined recently. food used to be phenomenal - now, it's just lackluster. (rumor has it their chef moved to viva in belmar) the restaurant is crowded and noisy and has lost some of it's charm - especially the fact that the owners no longer seem to come around to greet diners as often.
Service was awful, very unpleasant and food took forever to come out. This is usually not the waiter's fault, but they disappeared every time we asked them for more bread because we were starving. The food was AVERAGE at best. VERY disappointed overall and will not return.
this is one of the first restaurants to make asbury park a dining destination and still one of the best choices. consistently great seafood dishes dominate the varied menu
used to be amazing. last time i was there the fish was SUPPOSED to be chilean sea bass - it was NOT. manager argued it was.
Closed building does not have a floor..
