The place was packed out. I went to the drive through and a guy walked up while i was in line and took my order. Staff was pleasant and seemed happy to be there should consider a review of their wages and give them a raise. Best experiance for fast food I think I've ever had. Food was great.
This is hands down the best biscuitville! From the moment you walk in your greeted by the staff, the service is always nothing less than awesome, and the biscuits are amazing! So glad Biscuitville still makes their hand made buttermilk biscuits!
Great service, very friendly service at drive threw, I ordered 14 bacon, egg ,and cheese biscuits at the drive threw and they brought it to my trunk biscuits very tasty !
These people can't tell the difference between a English muffin and a biscuit. This is the third time I've asked for English muffins but I got biscuits instead. Word of advice, check your bag before you pull away from the window.
Server who was walking around was very kind and attentive to making sure the tables were cleaned off as people came in and out even with how busy it was. Only givin 4 stars because everytime i come the cashier isnt paying attention and gets my order wrong.We were missing two items and our biscuit was missing egg and cheese on it. Still a great plce to go
They short changed me on my order. I ordered two breakfast platters , one with bacon ,eggs, and a hash brown. The other with same but with grits . I ordered an extra hash brown. The server left off the grits apparently assuming the extra hash brown completed the order. Kinda fretted me because it shows a lack of care to accurately complete orders that the customer PAID FOR.
Everything was great except the eggs had a funny taste to them. Service was good and food was hot.
Food was not good, sausage tasted old, cheese wasn't even melted on the biscuit. They double charged me, I brought it up and they said they refunded my card ... 10 days later and no refund. Will never return to a biscuitville
