Leaving in area for over 35 years and tried this Pizza place for the first time. Food was delicious and plentyful.

I love this place, it looks like a 1960’s diner. Service was amazing at first but they kind of forgot about us later on. My husband had to stand up and asked the waitress for a refill. The fried mushrooms were so delicious, perfectly cooked, they exploded in your mouth. The best we’ve ever had! The pizza was good, it needed a little bit of salt. Next time we’ll go back we will order it we’ll done because it wasn’t to hard on the bottom, I ate it with a fork. I will give them another chance because flavor wise was yummy. Next time I will try the beignets.

Simply a fantastic experience.... Even though they were short staffed the night me, my 4 year old and my 6 year old visited, we got the most amazing personalized service.... My children are picky eaters even with cheese pizza. They devoured their cheese pizza.... I had the 8. Pizza dough was perfectly tossed and stretched, even thickness with each slice. Toppings were generous and good quality. Pizza was cut correctly as well. Even slices and cut all the way through. The taste was outstanding. A huge selection of beers. Numerous beers served that promote supporting local breweries. Looking for a restaurant with a unique look, great service and food that doesn't disappoint..... Big ed;hs the place.

Always great food here! Best pizza in Huntsville! Thanks Dallas for wonderful service! You are awesome! See ya soon

The best pizza. This place was recommended to me. And, I recommend Big Ed's Pizza to anyone visiting Huntsville, Alabama.

“All Good”. First time we dined in the new location and I particularly liked the spicy flavor of the marinara sauce with the hand tossed crust. Staff was extremely attentive and wanted to make sure we were satisfied with our meal😄👏👏👏👏👏 Has we were leaving out, several of the staff told us Please come back ( I felt like I was back in the the good ole days again)

Our experience at Big Ed’s was amazing. Our server name was AMY, please make sure you ask for her. She was very helpful, kind, polite, also kept an beautiful smile. Everyone that was working was actually helpful. Even the cooks came out and smiled once an a while. The pizza Amy recommended was the TACO SALAD PIZZA. Listen UP. That pizza literally had our minds BLOWN. Who would’ve known putting taco salad recipes, on an pizza would be a HUGE HIT. “Big Ed’s”. Thanks , AMY !!! We’ll be back.. P.S. PLEASE TRY THE “BEIGNETS”.

Big Ed’s Pizza is a long time staple of Huntsville. It’s arguably some of the best pizza in the city. They relocated not all that long ago to a larger building on Pratt. The new location has plenty of seating both inside and outside on the patio. The natural light coming in from all the windows is amazing and provides such an elevated ambiance compared to the old location. I highly recommend their pizza, especially their specialty called the Big 8. It’s our go to pizza every time we visit. It makes for great leftovers, so you might as well just get the largest size a 16” (12 slices). It’s definitely a good idea to call your order in ahead of time even if you’re dining in. Typically it takes about 30-45 minutes to make the pizzas which is not unusual around here. Good things take time, right? They serve several local beers on tap so you can always have a cold one while you wait for your pizza to be made. When you go to pay, they accept contactless payments like ApplePay and have the ability to text or email your receipt.
