Hadn’t been here in a long time. Remembered how I used to enjoy this place. Daughter ordered a waffle which was delicious. I ordered an omelette that was good. Service was great will return,

Last time we visited the food was absolutely delicious. Our most recent visit not so much. Fries were way over cooked to almost being burned. Salad bar was gross and ham on a slim Jim was burned.

Mom and I both ordered the Big Boy Classic Burger and it was delicious. So were the fries. Not a lot of choices on the menu but the food was good. The prices were good too. Way better than any fast food burgers. I recommend the place and the location is convenient too.

Honestly didn't know that big boy was still around at all in Michigan so it was good to see it open. Had the soup and salad bar which was stocked with a lot of different options. Around $12 for the buffet so if you like to eat it's worth it.

Not very good at all. You would think it's by a nice mall in a good area it'll be nice. Nope this place was a dump. I walked in the men's bathroom it smelled and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. I wouldn't tell my worst enemy to eat here.

Slow service, not very personable, food sucked! Took forever to even get seated, watched 3 or 4 ppl walk out cuz they couldn't get seated and there was on maybe 10 people in the whole place

Rude service and bad food preparation. Ordered a slim Jim sandwich to go and felt very nervous about the rude service, it was almost like she was angry. I could deal with that for take out food but it was equally nasty. The sand which had two giant lettuce 'cores' that I couldn't even bite through. Who thinks that's acceptable when making a sandwich? Don't they train these people? They can't tell the difference between a leaf of lettuce and a rock hard core which should've been in the trash? They can't find help, boo hoo. But they could at least try to make edible food, especially now with rising prices. Line cooks are not chefs, but it's unacceptable not to make a sandwich as it's advertised. In the end, it's a reflection of poor management and only the corporation is benefiting without caring about their products.

I love Big Boy. Used to go to big boy a lot as a kid with my family so it's a bit nostalgic for me. This one is nice. I generally order a patty melt, but this time I got a Big Boy burger with fries. I order a side of ranch to dip my fries in, big boy's ranch is delicious. I ordered a pancake too, and a chocolate malt. It was all delicious, nothing else to really say.
