Breakfast Menu "Big Ass Salads" Massillon

I love Big A$$ salads. They are so good. But I don’t know when I get delivery whether it’s door dash, seamless, or grub hub- my order is ALWAYS MESSED UP. Today I only got 2 items and only ended with ONE item. Sometimes it’s just easier to order online but I definitely have given too many chances. BIG A$$ salads, get your online working better and I will start picking up my order and I will make sure it’s correct.

Really, truly, undoubtedly big a$$ salads. Amde a rookie mistake, of ordering a big vs a half size. And yes there is a half size. If a burger fries & a pop fill you up, order the half size and watch your waste line shrink and digestive tract calm down. This place has great, fresh, tasty food. Worth more than what you'd spend at the king, the clown 🤡 or Wendy's joint

We drove 1 1/2 hours to be here. All due to watching a late night tik tok video... y'all know which one... We got the gobbler and the Popeye. Huge and delish. That pita bread is fantastic. Service is great. Very helpful, especially if you don't see what's listed infront of your face. 🤣 Only critisism... and it's not a bad one... a bit bigger dressing containers.. Would come back 100%. If your thinking about it... do it. Well worth it. 🫑🍅🥕🍄🧅

These salads are so good...my kids even ate some. They are really reasonably priced as well! Staff is friendly, restaurant is clean. Definitely will be returning.

I got the White Chicken Chili for the first time and it was soo good. It has a kick to it because of the jalapeños but it's not overpowering. I will definitely order it again :)

I have been a customer for a few years now. Food has always been excellent. Routinely frequent for lunch for myself and wife. I had a question about my receipt which i normally dont get. Asked young man who brought out the salad due to person who took order seemed new and I had never seen before about it and he was very rude about it. I just wanted to know. Asked to talk to manager about it. Manager was busy making salad i was told and gentlemen told me to leave. Probably will give free salad coupon to someone else. I always try to give small business's my service but with that disrespect it is hard to.i hope the owners fix it.

This was the first time we have eaten here. 3 of us loved our salads. Very fresh with great presentation!! Nice environment too. Give this a try.

Visited on 7.5.23. Was excited to try, as there are so few healthy options in area. Upon trying to pay their Square payment system crashed but was finally able to order and told food would be brought out. Waited 20 mins and upon seeing other customers asked if they somehow forgot my order. The cashier (who was quite kind about everything) looked into it and my order somehow didn't make it back to kitchen. Running late for a meeting I asked for a refund given the mixup and the cashier confirmed with the manager (who wouldn't leave kitchen to help her/me) that a refund couldn't be processed because it their payment processor (Square) was an online platform. Cashier says manager would call me if I left my phone number. No dice. Stopped in again today to ask about the refund and they tried calling the manager. Left my business card but seems I'm out a salad, $10.64, and the $2.00 tip. Can't comment on food and atmosphere seems nice (fast-casual). But management doesn't seem interested in making things right when there's an issue. Won't be back.
