We enjoyed a mini Cheezy Beef meal deal, a Bacon Cheeseburger. The burger and fries were the best we've had in a very long time!! The mini Cheezy beef was very good too. Thank you Liam for the excellent service!! We will be going back again on Saturday for $1. shake and more burgers!

Ordered the grilled chicken sandwich. Very tasty. Had the Chicago dog. On point. The fresh cut fries could of been fried a little more. Little soggy for my liking. Over all good.

Got into Huntley for a weekend of work and checked this spot out an hour before closing. Staff was still friendly even close to closing time, (I did get it to go) food came out fast and is really good. Check ‘em out!!

I ordered a chicken sandwich it came out with chunks of burnt sauce or whatever it was tasted like charcoal. The cook said that’s how they come from the marinade it sits in. Which I know isn’t true I’ve had 50 of these sandwiches never have they been burnt. It tasted of charcoal. Bartlett beef shack way better.

I ordered a beef sandwich with peppers. Made it a meal deal with the fries and drink. The beef was very good! Loved the fresh cut fries. They reminded me of the fries I would get when I ate at Gene's and Judes in River Grove, IL. Just outside the Chicago limits on the NW side of Chicago. Staff was nice, friendly very accommodating. My only issue is one of the young men behind the counter had his pants half way hanging down. Exposing his underwear and his "bottom". Maybe it's me? Maybe I'm old fashioned? "Butt" that is something I don't care to see when I am eating at an established restaurant with such good food. Respectfully.

We got the cheesy beef and fries. OMG the beef was SOOOOO flavorful and the fries were the best fries I have ever had!!! You will definitely not be hungry after the large portions!!!

NEW UPDATE 9/15: Well, I went back because I love the food, but I don't think I'll ever go back to the Huntley location! I went through the drive thru for my chicken sandwich, soda and fries. I had to wait for the food in spot #1, which is fine. But, when I tried my soda I realized it was totally flat?! I went inside and said, the soda is flat. The response I got from Sarah, the cashier, was "We don't have any carbonation." I then asked, "Why would you sell me a soda if you knew there was no carbonation?" She said, "Some people drink it like that".....WHAT?? SERIOUSLY? I can't believe that I heard that response. I can't believe she would be taking people's money when she knows there's no carbonation. I told her that she should tell people so they are aware. This is ridiculous. She was snotty and unapologetic. I am done with this location. It's been problem after problem. I enjoy the food too much to stop going. After talking to the manager, Aly, she advised to try the new location on Randall, which I will happily do. I won't waste my time or money at the Huntley location. ---------------------------------------------------- I've been enjoying beef shack for some time. I really like the chicken sandwiches and frequently buy for myself and family. However, there's usually always something wrong with the order. Either something is missing or tomatoes included when they shouldn't. I've called a few times and had my food credited, but after today i don't think i can keep going. Today i ordered my usual chicken sandwich, no tomato, add mozzarella and an extra side of chipotle mayo. I ask for extra because there's usually barely any on there. My total today was $19. It was +$1 for mozz, +$1 for extra chipotle mayo, and extra for cheese for fries. What bugs me is that i have to order the extra because there's next to none on the sandwich. See my picture. I'm tired of bad service, incorrect meals and now super expensive costs. Ugh, bummed because it is tasty.

$1 hotdogs on Tues draws a big crowd here. Great dogs and nice atmosphere, older crowd since it is near Denver. I was at a table by myself when an older couple asked to join me, not enough seat. They did and we talked for a little bit. Super nice crowd.
