I've given this location 6 chances, and they're 1 for 6 == 1 star. The bad: Their wings are just that. I've had them 3-4 times and they are the over-frozen, over-fried, bottom-of-the-bag "wings"...and the only reason I was compelled to write this. My last visit this week they had almost no meat, chewy, spit most of it out. My worst experience here was a big football game, crowded, we sent back 3 of 5 plates of food for being either cold or bad quality, and the same day their tap beer was flat. A while ago we had server issues. Twice I've been served the wrong wing sauce. So, bad kitchen, quality control, attention. The good: They do have friendly bartenders, and the place is clean with plenty of TVs. Popular with locals. Sorry Beef's I tried, you didn't.
Gave this place the benefit of the doubt and went back after 2 not so stellar visits b/c I really like Beefs, but my daughter and I sat in a booth and had at least 5 servers pass by us over the course of 20 minutes without saying a word. I finally got fed up and asked for a manager who apologized whoch I appreciate, but the food was just bland and the server had an onvious attitude after the fact. With a better wait staff and better food this place could be much better.
I've had dinner here before and it was very good but this time around we ordered delivery. It took them 2 hours to have a burger and a sandwich delivered. The food was cold, the onion rings we're also cold and soggy. If you're going to eat in then I recommend eating here but if you're looking at them for delivery I wouldn't suggest it. Not very happy this time around.
I go maybe once a week and never had an issue with the service or food. I understand when it is very busy I have to wait a bit longer but that is understood. The staff is friendly and the food is great. We often do catering from this establishment for our own business.
Went there for lunch today. Waited at the front door. no one to seat us. Bartender chatting it up with her customers and ignoring us. We finally got sat and the server was rude and unknowledgeable. Then the food got to us and the plate was messy and unprofessional. Food was cold. Just overall a bad experience. Maybe if the service was better the food may have been perceived in a better way.
I have always loved Beefs since I was a kid! When I moved to Temple Terrace and their was a Beefs 2 minutes away... I thought that was awesome! But unfortunately this location is HORRIBLE from the food to the service! I would rather drive 20 to 30 min to go the the on by Forest Hills or off of 60! I have been here often thinking that it would get better eventually, but no am I wrong... it's a continuous disappoint!
I am a huge fan of Beef O' Brady's and this is my favorite location. The servers are amazing and friendly. The food is always good. We come once a week usually and are never disappointed.
The food was good but the wait staff not so good. We ordered an appetizer but it was delivered with our dinner order. We were dining with a small child and there food was served a full 5 minutes after our food. Would not come back to this location again.
