Horrible, horrible, horrible! First i tried to order a baked potato instead of rice, I was told they didnt have it, then I asked to zucchini and again was told they didnt have it. We waited on our food for about 30 minutes, and there was probably 2 other parties in the whole restaurant. When food arrived my order was wrong, the waitress said she though I said salad instead of broccoli not rice. I was offered the steamed broccoli. She brought out an order on broccoli that clearly was burned in the microwave! The manager said they warm it up and put it on the grill. There is a difference between broccoli that was supposed to steamed and the grill marks, trust me this is not my first rodeo. The broccoli was put in the microwave to be warmed up and it burnt!
The menu choices are great and the food was delicious. I will go back
Food here was awesome!!!! I had cheese sticks as an appetizer. They came out hot and fresh. I followed that up with an Au Jus Sandwich. Paired with a glass of southern sweet tea. The waitress was absolutely stunning. She was constantly making sure we had drinks and she made sure that all of our food came to the table asap. To make sure it was always hot and fresh!!!! Great job. I will definitely be returning to eat here..
So my husband and 4 year old went to eat there the other day and we usually don’t eat out due to our 4 year old not wanting to sit still for every long. Our waitress Jordan was absolutely amazing not only did she give excellent service she also was GREAT with our son. He was being picky about wanting to eat and changing his mind she never once got annoyed with him or us. She worked with him and even made him feel so special by “his special order” She was very attentive and was just overall a great waitress. Because of her we will definitely be back again soon.
This location was beyond disappointment! We sat at the bar, the staff was not friendly ! Horrible attitude. You could really tell they loved their job. There was 6 people at the bar total and 2 tables sat. No eagerness to serve, hateful when asked questions about the menu. Seemed as if we were a bother to this lady bartenders day! The baked potato came out still hard, she was oblivious to the guest and the needs of serving. Never checked on us . We had to flag her down each time we wanted something because of her attention to the other 4 people at the bar and unprofessional lashing of an apparent co worker, to these patrons. It was also in bad taste that one of these patrons, although could have been also an employee walked directly in the kitchen during apparent off time several times as if she was any more special than the guest already not being taken care of. I have not eaten McDonald's in 20 years , however, I will choose it in the future over this location. Personality goes a long way! Not here!
I ordered the daily drink special as well as an appetizer. Brandy the bartender was awesome!! Our drinks were made upon request just as we ordered them and the appetizer hit the table piping hot!! My refil was more than enough and came along with stimulating conversation!!! I love beefs
This place is pretty old. Old decor, old TVs, not attractive colors. BUT. The people working here are great. Server immediately welcomed me to the place. Got my drink order and appetizer. Never let my cup go empty. Brought me extra ranch like I asked. Food was delicious. Service was spot On. They made my experience worth giving a 4 star, not the decorum. I would give the “sports bar” aspect a 2. I wouldn’t watch a game here. But I will definitely come back to eat and see the sweet ladies
I never leave reviews unless I had really great service. The bartender, Pennie, was a wonderful lady and helped me out with the menu. She was very nice and I never felt rushed when she was taking my order. I am happy that I had a good night
