Was craving a sundae after chemo. About half of the ice cream flavors were either not labeled or labeled incorrectly. I ordered a 2 scoop sundae and was told they were out of nuts- not a big deal. I said okay got my 2 scoops and then she handed me bowl with only whipped cream and cherry on top. I asked where the fudge was- without a hot topping it's just scoops of ice cream. She said they didn't have hot fudge- they discontinued because it was never hot? But in big print on the menu it said at extra hot fudge for .89🤷‍♀️ good ice cream, but not what I really wanted.

Baskin Robins at this location closes at 10pm on monday. Got into the drive through at 9:54 for a last minute 2 2scoops of icecream, I was met with a how can I help you, I say 1 moment and the girl says we are closed and I respond saying your not closed you close at 10 and we went back and fourth until I told her I wanted a few scoops, very unprofessional work ethic and rude. Don’t say can I help you then not want to help and close when closing time is at 10 just to go home early. Won’t be going to this location again for a last minute sweet treat, 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 I suggest going to deck flavors down the road in Winthrop harbor

This place really needs to reevaluate if they want to be in business to sell ice cream. I have gone to this place numerous times hoping that the last time I visited was a bad day for them. Each opportunity I give them to prove me right, I’m proven wrong. 6 of my last 8 visits to this place have been empty handed or compromised from what I initially wanted before driving up. They never have more than 10 flavors to choose from out of there supposedly 31. The toppings are scarce when you ask for them ( unless you want sprinkles, but who eats those nasty things?). The waffle in the waffle bowl is stale usually. I ordered vanilla ice cream because they didn’t have any Pralines and Cream. Not only is the waffle tasteless almost but the strawberry toppings are disgusting! I believe these are also old. They look like ghosts! I don’t want dead or ashy strawberries! I don’t typically write reviews but I’ve tried too many times with this place and I just spent the last $5 theyll ever see from me.

I ordered a cake through their website and scheduled for a pickup but when we got there they claimed they didn't have the cake. I asked for a refund but they said take it up with grubhub. Just got a call from them saying they found my cake in the freezer and we can drive all the way back there and pick it up. Maybe look first instead 🤷‍♀️ Still waiting for the refund.

An order came through and it was to be delivered using UberEATS. The store waited until the Uber driver got there (I am that Uber driver) to inform me they did not have items that the customer ordered they expected me to contact the customer and find out what they wanted in place of what they didn't have. I of course contacted the customer and got it sorted out but it was completely unprofessional for them to wait until I got there to tell me to get a hold of the customer. Also being they didn't have most of what the customer wanted they should have offered something for free for me to take with but did not. In fact I even asked them to throw in something extra for not having what he ordered but they refused. Also the milkshake they gave me was so thin and so terrible looking I almost didn't even take it to him but I didn't want him to go without yet another thing he wanted from that location. I very much recommend that this location figure out what customer service is and do a better job don't leave it to the Uber driver I'm there to deliver food that you give me to the customer not handle your customer service problems.

Well we wanted ice cream so we went to Baskin-Robbins when I was growing up it was 31 flavors it ain't that way no more. Anyways looking at the assorted flavors they had you could not tell what was in there there was no labels for any of the ice cream and the gentleman behind the counter had no clue either one he said was rainbow sherbert now I'm 53 I've had tons of rainbow sherbet that was no rainbow sherbet that was some other sherbert but wasn't rainbow. But he was a very professional employee that took care of me. But still would have been nice to figure out what other ice cream was in there. Need labels for each container of ice cream

This place is terrible. I came to pick up an ice cream cake for a special occasion, a welcome home. They only have service through the drive-through even though the ice cream cake freezer looks fully stocked. I told them that I did not want cake with Oreos in it (person the cake is for does not like Oreos) I had to go through the drive-through window and they tried to describe to me the cakes and they kept on bringing cakes and the cakes all with Oreos in them because they could not read what was written on the boxes. The two girls working there gave me lots of attitude. So sorry that it was so hard for you to help me buy a cake it sure would’ve been nice if I could’ve gone inside the store to see what you had and picked it out for myself but you won’t let customers in your store I looked at my receipt to see if there was a number to call to see if they could’ve helped me before I posted this negative review but the receipt was so poorly printed I can’t even read anything on it.

Ordered from DoorDash on three separate occasions. Disappointed every single time. Missing items, sundaes made incorrectly. I mean my goodness it's ice cream... You'd think that when they send an incomplete order, they'd adjust the price on their end. Nope! Have to contact door dash customer service. They really should not be on the App.
