Horrible service! The lady working there not only had a bad attitude but seemed to have gotten bothered when I asked for Caramel on the inside of the cup and on top of a Caramel Cappuccino Blast! Which mind you I get this drink all the time and that’s how it’s usually done but for some reason at this location they don’t do it. Do you see this old caramel it was so hard to drink, look at the color or it wasn’t melted correctly case being my drink had clumps of hard caramel and it just wasn’t what I expected. This was such a sloppy job!

Came to this store last night to get a birthday scoop for my son and was assisted by Mira. Received fast and excellent service by her. She truly made my son's day! Thank you so much Mira, you are the best !!

The girl whom works there today 6/25/2023 @ 4:40 pm She had such a bad attitude from the beggining and because I didn’t know the name of. A flavor that she had mentioned she said yea thats what i said ! I said sorry I wasn’t sure of the name . The guy that was there was nice and she didn’t bother to help when he needed help she has this face like “ughhhh” and he was training seemed like . I said thank you towards the end she walked away and ignored .

It’s Christmas Day today, I was finding a dessert place to Grab some cake or anything sweet, the store was beside food for less in a small plaza. All stores are closed, except for this one. I only have 20$ cash with me and the owner of this shop let me grab a ice cream and pay the remaining balance when I can come back anytime! Very nice customer service! ❤️😊

Does anyone know the new employees name they are so rude to the customers my mom was just sitting down for a while and they started asking her questions about if she was gonna buy anything if not in how long she is gonna leave and if she wanted to buy a water it just made her feel bad in front of other people horrible employees they need to learn to stop being nosey and do their job not be in people’s business

Awful service. Rude staff. Charge 65cents for whip cream. I was behind a large group but my 8 dollar chocolate peanut butter shake taste like bananas. To which the lady said "we sometimes blend bananas". I wont be back. Shake wasnt full either

Hi All My wife stopped by this location and got me a beer shaped ice cream cake. After she got home she noticed on the receipt that a tip was added automatically. The tip was 25%. I am asking if anyone else has checked their receipt and noticed this addition charge? In other places we are given the option to add a tip.

Never visiting this store again. Worst experience. The owner(lady) is careless, mean and rude to everyone.
