Breakfast Menu "Baskin-Robbins" Windsor Heights

Just witnessed a very gross and nasty thing at this location. The older worker was talking on the phone and had his finger up his nose a few times. He was facing the customers. Im not sure if anyone witnessed this. After a few more times he stopped, ended the conversation and immediately turned around to spread the frosting on the cake as if nothing happened. No he DID NOT WIPE his fingers or wash his hands. He just continued on making and putting topping on chocolate cake. Lucky us he was not the one serving us, I would have said something if he was. This is so unsanitary and gross. I will never, yes never stop by this location again.

Good! However, not the best. I go to Baskin-Robins occasionally, and it’s a nice treat every time! However, it’s not the best quality, I assure you. They don’t have that many flavours for you to try, comparing to less populated ice cream shops. Some of the workers don’t even wear gloves, and it’s disgusting. It’s also somewhat pricey at times.. such as that it’s $50 for a medium sized cake. Overall, good, but not worth your time.

Butternut ice cream is the bomb!!!! My wife had the nondairy Mint chocolate chip and wow.🤩 kids had unicorn desert and chocolate all good !

This place is so confusing every time. No line and no rhyme or reason to the order in which they help people. Ordered with one guy and paid with someone else, then the guy I ordered from forgot about my order. Then when another guy finally got it for me they asked if I had paid for it and who had taken my money. Figure out a better system because this one is not working. ETA the young lady with glasses who took my payment was nice and helpful. She was the friendliest person there by far.

Idk what happened to my other draft. A nice variety of cones and ice-cream flavors. I think it could use a few more seats, but the place I'm at is small, so it's understandable. Really nice place overall.

I have loved Baskin-Robbins ever since I was 5 years old and I think it is the best place in the world to have ice cream. Especially since they have so many choices. And there ice cream cakes are the best of any cake.

This place is so over priced and they don’t give correct serving amounts and expect you to pay $3.00 for a half scoop of ice cream for a dog and calm it a kids scoop🤔 nevermind that nobody working there has a personality or customer service skills at all.
