Staff is super friendly and fast! Unfortunately, I didn’t know that for the sundae they use the kid scoop (so disappointed when I got home!) mine was all whipped cream and cherries and barely any ice cream… Just so I know for next time… The Sundays use VERY small scoops … lol next time I’ll order a double to have an adult portion sundae
They close the doors to the community, Sunday June 19th at 6:40pm and the lobby is closed and you can only get service from drive thru. I walked a short distance from my house to enjoy ice cream and was turned away because I didn’t have a car. This is not what servicing the community means. I am not going back
Bathrooms were nice to poop in, didn't buy anything here. But it was a nice bathroom experience. It had a citrus like smell. While sitting, I overheard the employees helping costumers on which ice creams to eat. So I felt like I had to leave this review for all those real costumers out there. 👌
No, I lost 25 minutes of my life waiting for 2 blue raspberry coolata, in the drive thru. It is typical. Only reason I am stating this. I dont usually complain. It was the wait, the fact that only one car was ahead of me, the guy at the window forgot my order. Then after paying 9 dollars and some change. He proceeds to yank a box of chocolates from behind a coffee machine and asks if I want to buy them. I'm like no.
Wow! Get a new cake decorator. Pretty disappointed in the writing on my cake that I ordered 3 days prior, shouldn't look like a rush job. The writing wasn't centered and it looked like a 5 year old did it. When I asked her about it, she said even if I try to fix it, it'll look worse. Horrible attitude.
They never have anything I want even though it's on the menu and the employees are rude. I have no idea what the hiring process is there like but I can't imagine it's an oral interview. I won't go back again and don't even know how they're still open.
Pretty awful service and rude employees but they got my order correct Literally watched the girl taking this woman's order in front of me roll her eyes repeatedly. I have never seen such rude employees before
They were rude and uncooperative with my order. Then, when I gave them my shake because it was not up to my liking I was charged again.
