Breakfast Menu "Baskin-Robbins" Westampton

Ordered for a sick friend through DoorDash- was told they didn’t have the flavors I wanted, so I said that’s fine any chocolatey flavor will do. The lady said “This isn’t Burger King you can’t just have it your way.” So they couldn’t even accommodate me with literally any other flavor because they don’t feel like it? Seems a little too lazy to me…

I usually come for 2 scoops. I usually get what I want, good serving and the ice cream is delicious. Today, I really felt for some ice cream. When I got there, I had to repeat my order multiple times and when I got my order, one scoop wasn’t even the ice cream I asked for. ALSO the serving was very small (barely a scoop). I’m disappointed today

Called and asked about pricing on icecream cakes. They were extremely nice and helpful. They told me prices for the cakes how many people the different sizes feeds and answered any other questions I might have asked. Will definitely use them for my future parties

Last night I saw online they closed at 9, got there at 8:30. Asked about the 25 different flavors and the girls working decided they were doing to shut the store down at that time. I guess they didn’t want to tell me the 25 different flavors. Wasted my gas going there at that time and messed up my day with that negativity.

Hope their managers know they closing early when they say they close at 8:30 and can order through door dash until 8:30 but when you pull up through the drive threw ..they say they close at 8p ..interesting. no problem.. I'll take my money else where.. no biggie. Ppl don't dont care sales anyway because they dont feel like staying at work.

I had a T-Mobile Tuesdays digital coupon for BOGO sundaes at any Baskin Robbins, and this was as close to our house as it got. So we packed the nephew (4) and niece (2) into the car to "get ice cream" - just like our parents used to do when we were kids. This one is a split Dunkin' Donuts/BR location. The proprietor/counter attendant refused to honor the deal I was entitled to, but said she'd give me a buck off the overpriced sundae price instead. I had two kids demanding ice cream and a wife giving me an icy stare, so what choice did I have? The ice cream was not crap, and I'm sure the proprietors suffered more than I did with two screaming kids we could barely control running around their shop; but I'm not likely to go back there any time soon.

Baskin-Robbins has some great flavors. The service here is absolutely horrible. It's slow and no one acknowledge you. I came on to get a single scoop of ice cream I see 4 people behind the counter. Absolutely zero cars in the drive through and one person just literally standing around. 3 people came in after me and got their food. Stood there for 10 minutes.Im assuming that because it merged with Dunkin donuts that they don't feel that anyone should have to come assist any one who wants ice cream.

Will stick to Ritas water ice if i want ice cream first two times i got ice cream there serving sizes were good and the price was decent i went today and all the staff was new and price went up 3 or 4 dollars and they barely gave me any ice cream let alone toppings they went so far as crushing up the m&m’s lmaoo. I wont be comming back🤦🏽‍♀️
