Breakfast Menu "Baskin-Robbins" Warrensville Heights

I have been working down the street for a year and 6 months and have visited this Dunkin' Donuts at least 30 different times trying to get a cappuccino blast, only three of those times have I ever been successful in that, that's not even an exaggeration I drink three of these coffees a day for the last 8 years, yet every time I come to this one their blender is always conveniently broken, another McDonald's if you ask me don't even waste your time going here if you have something more complicated than a hot coffee, they'll just tell you they're out of what you need or whatever they need to make it is broken. This place is a joke

Due to my egg allergy, I have to be very cautious with the possibility of cross contamination. The young man here was so professional tonight with ensuring that he used new utensils when preparing my ice cream. His kindness was truly appreciated.

Friendly wise. Great staff. Product. Production and quality on the other hand. Pathetic. Truly sad 1 hot chai latte. Disgusting. Way way way tooo much milk. Matcha latte. Disgusting. Caramel latte. There's where the chai went for my latte....overall bad experience. All i can say was the young man who took my order was the best part I guess.....oh and this picture. The snackin bacon right??? 8 pieces right????.nah try 4 uncooked

On 6/5/2022 I went to get a milkshake. Staff were acting like actual children, dancing and singing and doing everything but making the orders for me or the cars behind me. I ordered a large but they made the wrong size and I'm 99% sure they just poured it into a large cup and added more milk to make it look like a large because there was like 2 or 3 inches of just milk at the bottom of the cup. It also took them over 10 minutes to do this which seems excessive for a single milkshake.. Bring Anthony back, he did very good running this place! Made sure orders went out quickly and they were correct.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I ordered a cake for my son's birthday a week in advanced.When I went to pick it up they just said "we can't have it ready for today but you can come tomorrow!" Don't trust them!

Stopped in for Tmobile Tuesday free scoop of ice cream. Fast Friendly service .Ordered Baseball Nut🍦 DELICIOUS also the Mint Chocolate Chip was DELICIOUS

Me and my niece love their sundaes. I go there every weekend and the one girl there I don't know her name but she's amazing. She has the red braids. Keep up the great work. Things will be looking up for you. Thank you for taking care of me as a customer I really appreciate it and will be there more often.

8.19.21 @927pm - very nice customer service from the female employee and female manager. The menu for the cappuccino blasts is priced wrong. I advised the manager and directed me to her manager/the owner. She wasnt able to adjust the price because of their accidental wrong pricing. I dont think its fair for me to be led on that im paying one price and get to the window to have to pay another price. 👎🏽 No drink today.
