Breakfast Menu "Baskin-Robbins" Villa Rica

Visited on 4/19/23 & there were at least 8 employees onsite and ONLY one spoke after looking around noticing no one else would speak. He was the only one helping customers while the others stood around talking.

Ignored totally by staff. So, just to see, I waited through a little shy of 10 mins before I spoke up to ask when we would be acknowledged by someone of the staff & asked for the manager on duty. Oh, surprise of surprises, she was also one who kept walking by and ignoring the only customers in the store. Then, she(the manager), along with other members of the staff started shooting dirty looks about the fact I even spoke up. One e member of the staff finally helped & did a good job. But very other member of the team just kept standing around. The young man who helped me, was the only one that seemed to be about doing a good job. Even at that, he was helping me once the so-called manager pulled him off the task she had him working on & told him to help me. (While she was chummy & letting the rest of the staff be as ineffectual as her.) The staff member who helped seemed to be the new member who was being given the work, while everyone else was being allowed to do ( or not do) whatever they wanted. Thus seems to be a trend in more & more Dunkin'/Baskin locations. (...and in just about every other restaurant in Villa Rica.)

I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie and stood back and watched as the young lady found a rotten banana and tried cutting off the rot and put the remaining in my smoothie WHO WANTS ROTTEN FRUIT???? You guys really need an over hauling of staff… they are unhappy and it shows They don’t greet you or anything Had to come back and edit my Review… They don’t deserve 1 star but I had to… I went back hoping to get a better experience but the girls taking my order were busy picking something out of the others hair with an ice cream cone in her hand! This place needs to be SHUT DOWN!!! Just nasty, customer service is terrible and its a shame… Baskin-Robbins used to be better!!!

I walked in, waited several minutes to be acknowledged and NO ONE greeted us and there were at least 4 females working. They completely ignored us and we decided not to patronize this location. I guess, they've never seen black people before.

I attempted to order an “fully customizable “ ice cream cake for my friend’s birthday. I called with questions regarding changing the streamer color of the cake I wanted online on Monday. I was asked to call back on Tuesday and speak with the cake decorator so I did . She assured me it was no problem and to place the order online . I tried the next day Wednesday and was not able to complete the order online so I called . I was again assured the cake I wanted would be ready by 10am on Saturday. I asked if I should pay by phone or come to the store. I was told no they had my notes and phone number if they had any additional questions.I called to confirm it would be ready this evening and was informed no cake was ready and the process I described would never work anyway . After three phone calls and the 14 hours before scheduled pickup I’m clearly taking my ice cream needs somewhere else

Got ice cream cones, donuts and a latte everything was delicious service was good.

Some very unhappy employees. Kind of like zombies who have given up all hope. They got my order right, though..

So many choices to choose from but I got the chocolate dipped waffle bowl butter pecan 😋.
