Breakfast Menu "Baskin-Robbins" Totowa

This locations Staff are absolutely terrible and it is the only dunkin/baskinrobbins for a while. They are extremely lazy saying they are " out of ingredients/ no longer have items on the menu" at first i thought I was just extremely unlucky with me ordering a chocolate shake too often or the exciting orea mega blast, today a staff member said they did not have the oreo mega blast anymore, and i said oh thats weird its still on your menu, then he proceeded to give me attitude and say " yes well we ran out of the vreme it takes" so i thought to myself that could be true, but what if i immediately order from door dash the same item from the same location. Not even 10 minutes my door dash order was put through, and now im paying more for the same drink to be delivered to me. And it arrived from that location. Lazy staff please train your workers better

Slow Drive Thru service spent like 10 minutes at pick up Cannot do a Mixed Vanilla an Strawberry Coolata altho every other Dunkin I went to does it. Poor.

This is the second time I’ve ordered from here off door dash and have been extremely disappointed. I ordered two 3 scoop ice creams with toppings. One of them came with m&ms and rainbow sprinkles when in fact I ordered rainbow sprinkles, gummy worms, and brownie cubes. The other one didn’t even come with any toppings when I ordered it with 3 toppings. If there is an issue and there’s no toppings, at least take it off DoorDash. The last I ordered a chocolate chip sundae and INSTEAD they gave me 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream. When you try to call, it says it’s a magic Jack number!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

I hope manager of this store is going to read my review. Please check your camera on January 29 at around 9,55 pm and see how 7 employees all together refuse to complete my order

With two other gentlemen, I asked for two scoops of ice cream. I asked for one banana and one chocolate. They initially thought it was three scoops of cookies and cream. They proceeded to forgot my order entirely. When I reordered directly to them at the window, two chocolate scoops with sprinkles and m&ms they still gave me the wrong ice cream. Still no m&ms and no spoons and no napkins. I have a recording. They also gave my friends the wrong orders. +1 star for being open 24/7 -4 stars massive customer service failure

I ordered an iced caramel coffee. I told them to out four swirls. They didn't know what it was. I even explained that a swirl means a pump of flavoring. I got the iced coffee but without the caramel. Poor customer service. Go to another place. Stay away from here. You will end up disappointed 😔.

The barista (sorry if this is not your name) "Yannera", was beyond expectations. Cordial, smiling, diligent and fast(she was taking car of Drive Through and the line inside at the same time. She even came out to the floor to offer me napkins. I'm very pleased of having that kind of service. Thank you so much!

This place is a mess and disappointing. They don’t have your order ready then they mess it up and try to make it your problem the manager there has no idea what he is doing and the staff is clueless
